I would highly recommend Dr Healy, I am now pain free and moving freely. Fantastic surgeon!!!!!

could not agree more with the comments about over crowded waiting room and being rushed in and out. I was in for appointment for pain. Between the consult, x-ray and cortisone injection I was in and out in 3 minutes. it is an office based on quantity and not quality.

I have been an ER nurse for 30 years and have never complained about a doctor or service. When I walked into the office with my 16year old son who broke his arm there were over 35 people waiting. I asked "how many doctors are in this office" the answer was "one." We waited over 1hour and 45 minutes before seeing the doctor. He did not know what happened to his arm and after he asked sent him to get an xray. Looked at the x-ray for 10 seconds and then sent him back for another because it was taken wrong. We saw the doctor for a total of 1minute. When we got in the car my son told me the xray tech ONLY put on a tiny lead shield (YOU need a full shield) for protection. Also, in the office countless patients were asking for pain medication refills. I felt like I was sitting in a Pill Mill. The whole experience was AWFUL..... I will never go back and am writing a letter to the medical review board because the service was so atrocious.

I had meniscus surgery last December. Dr. Healy's bedside manner was fantastic and the procedure was quick and successful.

From the moment I pulled into his parking lot I knew I was in trouble. Poor parking, little to no spaces and thus I had to park across the street. Next the waiting room is a cattle car of people, this office is a factory. When I finally got to "see" the doctor( I say see because you only get like 5 minutes to discuss your case on an initial evaluation) he does a quick palpation, some muscle testing and ligament testing. Next is the X-Ray, which is another co-pay, then a script for a MRI. All told you wait 60 minutes for a 10 minute maximum appointment. Now this next appointment was my fault, I should have not gone back but I had heard such good things about this doctor, I went back. The doctor did not look at the MRI CD that I had only the report and then wanted to schedule surgery without doing any further hands-on observation of my knee. So basically he took what someone else wrote down did no work himself and was deciding to cut me open. I also asked that before surgery… should we attempt physical therapy before surgery. He told me it would be a waste of time. The doctor forgot from the first appointment that I am a PT. I feel that this doctor is a cut first look second surgeon. STAY WAY

I've used dr Healy for 3 knee surgeries ( 8 years). Just doesn't spend enough time listening, and gives no advice on how to prevent future injuries. Very poor post op instructions and gives NO activity recommendations after surgery. Just had surgery with a new dr and got a 3 page list of activity recommendations week by week. I really tried to stay with dr Healy and was very direct asking him what kinds of things should I do to avoid re injuring knee and he actually shrugged his shoulders. Then he said " we like our patients to be as active as possible". He rushes you out the door and it feels like an assembly line. Difficult to engage in a conversation, just gives quick responses. He's a nice man, and he is very knowledgeable but that is not enough for me at this point.

Highly recommend Dr Healy, very smart, kind, treated my back pain well, and gave me a few golf tips, 4 stars to Dr H.

Dr Healy is a wonderful doctor.Have sent friends there often.
