Iv seen him 3 times in a year and a half... horrible wait time.. he is insensitive expresses no compassion, i felt judged unheard and ended up shutting down told him i was suicidal and he didnt even ask if i was going to do something after i left his office to possibly hurt myself thank god i brought a friend in with me which he seemed annoyed that i brought someone with me to help express my problems. He belittled me and didnt seem to treat me with any human deceny. I left balling my eyes out and totally isolated and alone.

I came to see Dr Frenkel in the worst depression I have experienced. I was hopeless and suicidal. He was the first one who diagnosed me correctly with bipolar depression, changed my medication and also TALKED with me. Since then I am doing well and continue to see him for follow up.

No courtesey to your scheduled appt. over 1hour wait time left because appt at 5 pm waited till 6:05. that is unprofessional and unacceptable.
