Completely rude when booking appointment and said if I don't think I can make it don't book the appointment. Got to the booked appointment 15 min early, found out other patients were book for same appt time. took them 2 hours! To call us back to get looked at. Was in the appointment for a total of 5 min, Completely dismissive and not willing to listen. Was advised that issue was never going to get better and to deal with it. Front desk is Not HIPAA compliant at all. Would not recommend for any reason.

He tells you straight up and has helped my daughter with her ears. He did her surgery when she was a 1yr old. He has always made sure that my daughter is given the right meds and doesn’t play games. He’s there to do his job and doesn’t take excuses or tardiness. As a nursing student I could see how he is a great doctor! He does his job and he’s nice to the kids.

Waited almost 2 hours from my scheduled appointment time in the small, overcrowded waiting room, was only in the doctor's office 5 minutes, but he only spent a minute or two in total talking to me and didn't even listen to what I said since he kept leaving the room while I was speaking and never let me finish. Instead started talking too quickly about how I might need some surgeries unrelated to why I came in while only taking a second to barely look. Then he wrote some prescriptions for over-the-counter medicines completely unrelated to why I came in, and said to come back in 3 weeks. He didn't explain anything regarding what he prescribed or why. Also years ago, he previously did an unnecessary surgery for a family member that didn't address their issue at all. These kind of doctors discourage patients from seeking medical care even in emergencies because your time is wasted waiting yet the actual problem never… get treated, while the doctor still makes money from billing the insurance for as much as they can by going through so many patients and recommending unnecessary surgeries and procedures despite only meeting with each one for a few minutes. I don't recommend making an appointment here if you value your time or if you actually need treatment. Looking at other reviews, it seems that the quality of treatment you get depends on your insurance.

Dr. Pollak is an amazing doctor! Took one look at me and immediately knew how to treat my condition without any hesitation.

Dr. Pollack is very experienced and has excellent rapport with patients, even when he is very busy seeing other patients. He is also very responsive, answering his own phone calls from patients, even after regular hours.

I saw Dr Pollack for plugged up ears. His office is pretty busy, but extremely easy to schedule an appointment and the wait time (even though it’s so busy) is not bad at all. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Had eats cleaned out and left feeling like a new person, being able to hear well again. Highly recommend seeing him for any of your ENT needs!
