Dr. Alex Dertad Manguikian, MD

For those who are not familiar, Wills is the #1 Eye Hospital in the country. I came down with a unique eye inflammation called "choroidal neo vascularization. Were it not for Dr. Alex's persistence and determination, I believe I would be blind now. He worked with me week after week, month after month and year after year. His compassion is heartfelt. He never said, I can't do anything more. I would leave his office feeling badly for him. I could witness the agony on his face due to not being able to fix it. He continued trying, and three years later I still have 20/20 vision in my eye that only recently showed symptoms. I can't express my gratitude and comfort having found such a wonderful doctor and human being. BTW-His staff is just as outstanding as he is. Thank you Dr. Alex. May God Bless you real good.
