My son's pediatrician recommended this monster to my 4 y/o son and I literally ran out of that appointment after the first visit and never returned. She is the nastiest person I've ever met in my entire life. Not only her bedside manner is horrendous, her behavior towards her staff is out of this world. She doesn't talk to them, she commands them. She is NASTY to staff and nurses. I feel horrible for the people working with her. Please run away from this monster as fast as you can. She should NOT be working with human beings let alone children, period!

I really want to like Dr Butera as we've been going to her for 4 years but this year I decided I can't take anymore of her AWFUL bedside manner. This women should not be treating children AT ALL. She has no patience and she's rude! I stayed with her because our pediatrician said she was good but I would imagine she can't be the only good doctor in the area. STAY AWAY!

2 years of alarming mis-diagnosis. Would never recommend.

For the past year I have been getting the same statement, "everything is going great." Today at my daughters 4 year check up., her doctor said that her prescription is not correct and she cannot see with her glasses. Dr. Butera has no patience and is rude.

The doctor spent about 2 mins checking eyes for my son and ran away fast after we waited for 1.5 hours. Does not have any courtesy or comments to explain things to us or understand kids. She gave a wrong prescription and we had to come back again to correct it. Will never go to this doctor again. No idea why the NVVC still keeps her. Would have given a 0 if I had an opportunity.

I definitely agree with other review about Dr. Butera beingcurt and unpleasant.She talked as if she was angry we were even there.Then to demonstrate that my child's glasses were too bigshe roughly pushed it around on her face. She is horrible in general much less with children.Please go elsewhere for your child's sake.

My wife took my kid to this doctor and had an extremely bad experience. Had to wait for over an hour and a half and then got to see the doctor who was curt and unpleasant. Saw the kid for 2 minutes and left with no suggestions, summary, nothing...
