This doctor gave my son hyper nasal voice for life when she removed his adenoids. We saw her 2 times after the surgery to ask what’s wrong and every time she would lie and say nothing is wrong. Today we found out part of his soft palate was removed as well.

We visited Dr. Strocker's office not one, but four times. Each time the wait was over an hour. We understand that someone specializing in pediatrics has emergencies, but the office should schedule appropriately. In addition, she was fixing my son's broken nose. At the end of 5 weeks it didn't look any better, instead the bump shifted from the left to the right. She said it could still be swelling? Really? After 5 weeks. It would have been nice if she accepted that it didn't work out well.

She diagnosed and removed a brachial cyst on my 13 month old daughter. She's so lovely and so kind and totally understands kids. My daughter was completely comfortable with Dr. Strocker. After the minor surgery, she called twice to check up on my daughter to make sure everything was going well. She's a terrific doctor.
