Dr. Ana Paola Orozco, MD

I was seen at Baptist Urgent Care recently and assigned this physician who did not directly evaluate me. But was assigned to my care team and I observed that during my discharge, as I was leaving, I noticed this physician repeatedly looking in my direction while seated at her desk. While no verbal interaction occurred, the nonverbal behavior felt uncomfortable and unprofessional in the context of my visit. I left feeling judged rather than cared for.

Rude and extremely unprofessional

Went in for throat issue, Ana didn't look into my mouth thoroughly or even use the tongue depressors. She shined the light and said she didn't see anything and that she will prescribe some antibiotics. Waiting patiently the RN steps in and takes a look and said she saw something then Dr. Orozco comes back in and used the tongue depressors and then said she saw an ulcer. I was very disappointed that she didn't spend the time to use the tongue depressor to begin with and was giving me antibiotics for something that I didn't have. Take the time to evaluate each patient properly. Do your job right and don't be in a rush. I won't be going back to that urgent care anymore. 152nd st and 137 ave in Miami

Dr. Orozco is kind, caring, compassionate and knowledgeable. I was so grateful to find a doctor who actually took the time to ask questions and truly listen before accurately diagnosing my health issue. She made many suggestions to how I could improve and accelerate my healing process and health-- not just wrote a prescription. I highly recommend her. Thank you so much Dr. Orozco.
