Dr. Andreas Hans Gomoll, MD

I feel very grateful that I had the opportunity to see Dr. Gomoll. He probably saved me from an unnecessary surgery. He is honest, has integrity, and I trust that he always had my best interests.He is caring, kind, patient,and perspicacious. Dr. Gomoll is the epitome of an exceptional physician.

Dr Gomoll is a truly amazing physician . He is a great clinician , is kind , patient , explains things thoroughly and has integrity . I felt he was doing only what was in my best interests and I trust him and his judgment . If I didn’t meet with him , I may have had an unnecessary surgery . I’m so glad I met with him

I was told thru his office that in order to be able to make an appointment to see Dr. Gomoll, I would first have to send in a disc with the MRI and the report. It took an entire month to get a response and that was only because I kept on calling them to see why it is taking so long...not to GET an appointment but to find out if the doctor would simply SEE me. For me, this said a lot about Dr. Gomoll.

Preformed the wrong surgery and am now disabled.

Had seen several orthopedist who had extreme solutions for my child’s meniscus issue. Dr. Gomoll saved my child’s knee. He took his time to carefully review everything and came up with a solution that made sense. My child was also concerned with having more scars from previous surgeries and he managed to do a beautiful job and her scar is very minimal. His bedside manner is unbelievable and his staff is very pleasant and helpful. I had previously seen another Dr at HSS and the experience was horrible. I highly recommend Dr Gomoll!

You will come out with more issues. Run away while you can.

The devil in disguise. Get another doctor to examine and determine what is necessary. This doctor wants money. He is not trying to help you. SAVE YOURSELF.

Dr. Gomoll is a fantastic surgeon, nothing but great things to say! He and the entirety of HSS was the right choice for my surgery. He is incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and caring, and left me feeling confident in my decision to choose him after every conversation we had.

future and current patients Beware. Dr. Gomoll performed a partial knee replacement on me. Had to have a full knee replacement after 17 months. The surgeon who performed my total knee stated the device was malaligned and he could see mechanical catching of my patella on the device he installed. I have been in recovery for over three years. BEWARE!

He treated my 15 year old daughter for Osteochondritis Dissecans. He is amazing, has a wonderful bedside manner, has made me feel so incredibly at ease, and has given my daughter her confidence back. She has no pain for the first time in 7 years. The office staff is wonderful, and Courtney is awesome!!!
