Dr. Andrew Jocelyn Waller, MD

I saw Dr. Waller a few years ago for pain. He could not believe that I grew up in the 1960's and 70's and did not do drugs. He was more interested in my childhood than he was in why I went to see him. I mentioned a few concerns (mistakes) I had about the report he did on my first visit. He was very rude in his response. His bed side manner was terrible. He made a referral in his report that I see another professional with out discussing the referral with me. The only way I found out was because I read his note. On the second visit, I told him I would not be returning. He said I did not need to return. He did not ask the reason. If Dr Waller would have asked my why, I would have said because he was rude, arrogant, unprofessional, and the list could go on. I recommend any one that sees Dr. Waller obtain copies of his report so they can read it over for accuracy/.

Always in a rush and whatever the patient has to offer regarding there own care is never valid in Dr.Waller's mind. Has made serious medicine mistakes that he states "it was just a small mistake". A showing of arrogance on his behalf.

I went to see Dr. Waller for pain at his pain clinic on two occasions. He did not treat me for pain. Dr. Waller and his staff refused to provide me with copies of my records. I filed a complaint against Dr. Waller with the company he works for. It was a waist of my time to see him.

I have been seeing DR. Waller for 27 yrs. I could'nt have pick a better doctor. What ever problem I have mental or physical he wants to know what.s going on with me.

Although I have been a patient for over 15 years, I don't go to the doctor often. Dr. Waller always seems to be up to date on current medical information. He never rushes me and is always willing to explain his diagnosis, even though it might not be what you want to hear. If you're the type who wants a little green pill for a quick fix or the fountain of youth, don't bother.

Hate his bedside manner, talks to you like you're a moron. He seem to have empathy for the patient, and huffed off. Very unprofessional

Very friendly and knowledgable. Never rushes me. I would recommend him highly.
