The wait time to see the doctor is very long most of the time.

Sometimes he takes hours with one patient and it is very selfish , uncaring to leave patients waiting in waiting room for length of time like that. Dr Echwenchi is a nice doctor, but very very strick. If you have time to sometimes wait like say till 4pm for your 12pm appointment ,,,,well go for it

Over charges double for co pay. Then extra 10.00 to file ins Telephone ringing the whole time I was seeing him after waiting 1.5 hours

Very nice respectable Doc. He is very patient with my children they both have ADHD. He keeps it 100% with us and he don't kepp changing their meds like previous Doc's did. Very nice home like comfortable setting. I definitely would recommend him to others.

This is by far the worst doctor's appointment I have EVER had. Arrived at 10:20 for a 10:30 appointment. At 12:00 I am still waiting. I have scheduled an appointment with another provider while sitting here. I will NEVER come back to this office. Very unprofessional staff. So disappointed. Office is cold and has an odor. No privacy with check in. Just overall a poorly run practice. If they hadn't already collected my money, I would have already left.

I have visited this office several times with my foster children. The staff at the Katie clinic are very rude and unprofessional. His "office manager" has no understanding of customer service. She is mainly focused on money and receiving reimbursement. She does not care about the customers or their needs. The wait time is ridiculously overwhelming. The customers in the waiting area stated that they had been waiting for hours. They overbook and are never on schedule. The office manager again should be prescribed meds because she really does have a true diagnosis of bipolar disorder. Be careful of this place because they really don't care about their patients just their money!! I'm confused as to why they haven't made the news!!!
