I am so glad I was referred to Dr. Ravikanth by a current patient of hers. She LISTENS and follows through with a treatment plan. Excellent care from the front desk to her Medical Asst.

Dr. Ravi and Gina (nurse practitioner) are just wonderful. I have never felt rushed, and every time I went there I left totally informed about my diagnose and treatment plan. Every one of Dr. Ravi's staff is friendly and courteous. I love this practice and would never go anywhere else.

I've never written a review before, but I'm furious at the way this office treated me. I've been a patient for 5 years and had made my normal yearly well woman check up on a Monday at 9:30. Three different times on the weekend before the appointment I was sent confirmation requests (which I confirmed) and appointment reminders. The reminders reminded me that there would be a $25 fee if I was a no show. So, I took off work, arranged my schedule and fasted that Monday, only to show up at a locked office. I called the number only to get a office worker who rudely informed me that the doctor was out of the country and the office was closed. Never was there an apology or offer to fix the problem. Then the rude young lady hung up on me and I was left standing outside the locked office. Needless to say, I was furious and will never return to Dr. Ravikanth's office. By the way, it's been two weeks since this happened and I have yet to hear from the office an apology or attempt to… reschedule. I guess they know what I would say. You can not count on this office for professionalism or common courtesy. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS DOCTOR!

I have been a patient of Dr. Ravi for over 11 years. She listens, she cares, & she is just great. It says a lot when you trust your doctor and I truly trust her.

I have been a patient with her for over 7 years. The turn around of her office staff has placed a damper on her overall customer service. Her office staff is rude and it appears that she is ok with her staff being rude to her patients. Over the years, the doctor has given the impression that she is either too preoccupied vs don't care about the health concerns that I try to discuss with her. She use to be an excellent doctor and the office staff use to be professional and caring. Now it seems that the overall concern of the practice is what will they eat for lunch. I hate to leave her, but, I don't want to keep getting displeasing and mediocre care anymore.

I came to know Dr Ravikanth through taking my mother for her appointments. Since my mother was having memory issues, she asked me to be with her throughout each visit. I was amazed at the amount of time the doctor spent with her, how intently she listened (even when my mother was talking about things that were not of professional interest to the doctor), and how she followed up on each visit. When I needed to find a new physician for my own primary care, I knew there was no chance to locate anyone in whom I would have more confidence. In addition to liking Dr Ravikanth's general philosophies of practicing medicine, I've been very pleased with her openness to alternative approaches to healthcare, her desire to work with me in considering medications for my care, the time she spends with me in each visit, and the client focused business professionalism with which her office is run. When needed, she follows up a visit with a phone call herself, not just a staff member. She has been my… personal physician for about 7 years now, and I hope I don't have to find another doctor for any reason.

I have been a patient for more than 4 years. I really want to like Dr. Ravikanth: she is nice, she is pleasant. BUT her front office staff is rude; her nursing/support staff are NOT discrete (they loudly discuss other patients within earshot of me and others). Dr. Ravikanth appears to be attentive; however, she does not listen well. Instead of helping to investigate/solve my issues, she talks about herself. Really? Thanks, but I'll be moving on
