Excruciating ear infection, diagnosed on a Monday, Grobman said antibiotic ear drops. Pharmacy says BCBS rejected bc prescription mistakenly for external infections not ear drops. BCBS rep says same and denies. WebMD says same. Call doc. And wait. Call Tuesday night. Wait. Call Wednesday. Wait. Blinding pain had spread to my head, jaw and teeth. Later, I call go through appointments person, get assistant who says: drops for this medicine don’t exist, asks if the lotion is liquid enough to put in my ear, asks if I tried a Q-Tip, and says the doctor is too busy. I say none of that makes sense and is different from what directions on prescription, the pharmacist, BCBS, WebMD, etc. He quickly gets the doc who says “don’t ever speak like that to my assistant, use a dropper, good day.” and hung up on me. I am still in agony and in limbo. I don't know what to do. Every word is true.

He seems to be quite arrogant without any merit. Quite clueless with his recommendations and knowledge.
