When my cardiologist retired, I was assigned to this new physician. He was very arrogant and unhelpful with absolutely NO compassion for my situation. After one visit, I asked to be transferred to another of the 40+ Cardiologists in the group. This arrogant jerk BLOCKED me from seeing any other cardiologist in the group where I had been a patient for over a decade! I guess he couldn't take someone who didn't appreciate his utter lack of social skills or compassion. If you choose him, be aware that if you ever have a disagreement, you are in for a long search for a new cardiologist since most cardiologists belong to this group. NOW, although I had bypass surgery, and need a cardiologist, I don't have one. ...nice guy...

Dr T. took care of my mother while she was a patient at Methodist. I was present during his visits and witnessed his abrasive and unapologetic comments to my 90 y.o. mother. He wanted her to have a procedure that would remove fluid from her pericardial sac - she was unsure whether to have it done and wouldn't give him a yes answer. He then told my mother she didn't care about her health, that she was selfish etc. At one point I approached him in the hall to try to talk with him, he again was so loud and abrasive that staff/physicians later apologized for his behavior. I will never refer anyone to him.

Very caring, knowledgeable and compassionate physician.

I liked that he sat down with me, face to face, eye to eye and explained all my tests results. I am a retired Registered Nurse and very particular about the doctors that I use
