I saw Dr. Schwartzbard last month for the first time. I was having chest pains, breathing issues, and feeling sick and didn’t leave my home for weeks. I got an appointment pretty quick, and got to see him on time. That was great. Being anxious, he put my fears to rest. explained my situation clearly, had me take some tests, and took lots of time.... He had me see another doctor, got some meds and truly on the mend. I’m most impressed that he called me to tell me test results, and called another time to see how I was feeling. Lucky to have found him.

I waited for over 45 minutes to see Dr Schwartzbard only to find out that I'd be seeing him for ten minutes with little to no explanation or in depth consultation of for my follow up. I simply needed a follow up and medication refill and am beyond livid with my experience.

Very professional as well as staff

STAFF NEEDS TO BE MORE AWARE OF PATIENTS NEEDS. WHEN YOU CALL THE OFFICE THEY NEED TO ANSWER WITH BETTER TALKING SKILLS, AND WHEN YOU GET A MESSAGE FROM THE STAFF THEY SHOULD KNOW THERE FACTS BEFORE SPEAKING TO THE PATIENT.
