I sang praises about this practice and recommended them to other people. I genuinely believed the practitioners were dedicated to helping patients find balance and "restore their lives". But once you're no longer a patient and between providers, they won't honor the prescriptions they themselves wrote. They act like they care, but it’s really about the money. They were willing to collect my $15 for a prior authorization, but as soon as they found out I was living outside their service area, they refused to fill the prescription they had given me. Now I’m left white-knuckling my mental health, on the verge of collapse, dealing with intrusive thoughts—all because I can’t access the medication they prescribed. They don’t actually want to restore your life. It’s about the money, not patient care. Don’t let them fool you.

Horrible experience! Does not care for the well being of patients, never answers phone doesn’t send medication to pharmacies when you bring it to her attention she tells you to go to another doctor!

She is amazing! Her office staff is not friendly, unprofessional and disorganized or not well trained.

I am forever grateful for Clear Creek Psychiatry. When I first started seeing Dr. Rashid, she said “we are going to get you feeling better.” At the time, it didn’t seem possible but after a lot of trial and error, things have started to look up. Dr.Rashid is always up to date on the latest psychiatric medications and treatments, which is very reassuring. Whenever I have an appointment with her, I never feel rushed out the door. When I had virtual appointments with my previous psychiatrist, they were quite short ( one lasted four minutes). Now that Dr. Rashid is my psychiatrist, I finally feel heard. She takes my concerns very seriously and wants to get to the bottom of whatever it is. I also feel like she is running this race with me instead of watching from the sidelines like my previous doctors. Before I started a new medication, Dr.Rashid wanted to get approval from one of my doctors to ensure that the treatment was safe for me, which shows how much she cares. Ever since I’ve been… going to Clear Creek Psychiatry, I have really gotten to know the front desk staff and they are beyond amazing. I always feel like an individual when I walk through the door. They are always there to greet me with a smiling face and consistently check on me. It truly shows how much they care about the community they serve. If for some reason Dr. Rashid is not at the office and I’m in a crisis, I know that her staff will take care of me (which has happened).

After going several years with terrible psychiatrists, I finally found Dr. Rashid and she really truly listens. When I tell her about my struggles , she is actively trying to help me problem solve , whether it be a medication change , IOP , testing , etc. I started getting overheated very easily and she went out of her way to find out that it was one of my non psychiatric medications causing this problem . When I’m struggling, she’ll ask me to call into the office a week or so after my appointment just to let her know how I’m doing. I have a neurological condition so some treatments are off limits for me , and I don’t have to constantly worry if the treatments I’m getting are safe because I know she takes that into consideration. There has been a time when she wasn’t sure , so out of caution she had me reach out to my doctor to make sure the treatment she was considering was safe for me , which I really appreciated. Unlike my previous psychiatrists, she takes suicidality very… seriously. She seems to stay up to date on new medications and will find other uses for meds than what they are typically used for , which has really helped me a lot .Her office staff is super sweet and helpful.

My experience with Clear Creek Psychiatry and Dr. Rashid has been wonderful. She is kind, caring and listens to your concerns. I would recommend this practice.

I was in need of a psychiatrist urgently but was having trouble finding one in a timely manner. Clear Creek Psychiatry staff helped me schedule with one of their providers within a few days. They also went out of their way to get my medication approved by my insurance which was denied repeatedly. I have had a good experience and am trying to convince my husband to get an appointment as well.

MD listed she treats kids with autism, however after one visit she stated that she was not equiped for my boy type of kids bcs he has a cted up and broke a glass in her clinic and refused to see him again

I was one of Dr. Rashid’s first patients in 2014. I was diagnosed in 2001, so I knew my body and what worked. At first, Doc’s conservative approach was difficult for me. I am also a nurse, and work in psychiatry field. But we learned to trust each other, and by trusting her, I am now in the best mental health I’ve ever been. She is kind, easy to get along with, and is truly interested in her patient’s health, but also in the their life. Wendy, the office manager is very kind, and works hard to make all things work between the patient and the office. Best relationship with doc and staff ever. If u need a doc and office staff u can truly trust, set up an appointment with Dr. Rashid. Your mental health will improve. Best choice you can make!
