They trick and charge you money that is not due or Dr. B will not see you. Front office needs customer service training. Very disappointed they make you feel like an ATM machine. $$$$$$$

She is a wonderful Dr. I moved my mom to Richmond and she really like her. She listens to you!

Excellent...does not mess around. If I have to be seen (which usually I only go once a year for yearly check up) I can get right in and she has put me in the hospital and has had ALL the necessary doctors come to me rather than me going around to each doctor. Love that!! I receive lots of numbers on my blood work ....means it is very complete. Love her...

Dr. Bonaparte is very thorough and takes time to explain everything so that you fully understand. Definitely one of the best, if not the best doctor I have had the privilege to see.

Dr. Bonaparte is one of the best internal medicine doctors I have encountered, and over the years there have been plenty. I really like the use of technology upon registration rather than the paper format which gives the doctor /updated information that she can review, compare and have even chart for her use and my benefit during the appointment. One of the things I appreciate about Dr. B is how she is able to treat root cause and then prescribing medicine as needed. I like knowing "why" AND "what needs to be done" including a wellness plan to stay healthy in the future. I have been to some facilities in the area considered "prestigious" by most and I would rank my experience with "Dr. B" among the top healthcare providers in the area. I also like the fact that as an internal medicine doctor, Dr. B is highly skilled in numerous areas saving me time and money. Most importantly my health records are in one place with one dvotor that I no longer have to go chasing down my… medical records to get a more holistic view of my overall health. I also like the quality time she spends with me each time rather than the quick "drop in" by doctors who looked at my chart on the way in the room or some other factor (e.g. schedule) that prevented spending quality time because he/she was on the clock. All of these factors outweigh any delays I might have (if any) during visits with the doctor . I will admit the Christian Talk Radio station playing in the waiting area catches many by surprise and some even become upset by it. I actually appreciated having the awareness of what appears to be the underlying belief system of the doctor and actually learn in the process. We live in an "all about me" world filled with intolerance so not surprised by the reaction. Overall, Dr. B is one of the best doctors I have experienced and would as I have referred her to others without hesitation.

I agree that the loud, intrusive evangelical preaching in the waiting room is extremely irritating and unbelievably inappropriate. Whatever happened to sensitivity concerning cultural and religious differences? I love Dr. B., but am so upset by this that I am seriously thinking of going elsewhere after being her patient for many years.

Ms. B does not care about peoples time. I have been there several times and each time the wait is between 45min - 1.5 hours. This is pathetic. I was on time, yet she was not. When I questioned the wait to the receptionist, she siad I could just leave if I did not like it. Maybe they should pray to their god they worship in the lobby for forgiveness. A simple little 20 second phone call to inform me that she was late would have been the best customer service idea, but they claim they have to many patients to do this, so then I said then not to overbook them and she angrily defended herself. If you don't overbook then how can you be so late??????????? Good luck in finding new and keeping old patients.

After I saw Dr. Bonaparte, I had a re-occurance of my problem. I called the office and asked if I could stop by later that day to show the doctor. When told I would have to wait until later next week, I told them I felt it was urgent and was very rudely told: "Well ma'am, why don't you go ahead and find another doctor". Guess I will be looking for a new doctor.

The office had an evangelical Christian preacher on the radio, loud. This struck me as inappropriate for a business other than a Christian store, especially in an area as diverse as this. I did not ask them to turn it off because I felt it was extremely bad judgement on their part to have it on in the first place, so who says that kind of person is going to listen to me, or might take it out on me? It was on from the time I came in until the time I left. I got in to see the doctor quickly and she was very thorough, but we did not hit it off. (Of course, I came in very annoyed by the radio.) She seemed to be talking more at me than with me. She also, I guess, forgot about some immunizations I'd asked about almost as soon as she came in. I would think you could get a tetanus and pneumonia shot on the same visit you asked for them - I did at the next doctor I tried, anyway.I might have had a different opinion without the radio - no way to know. That is one of the most incredibly… inappropriate things I have ever encountered in a business.

The staff there is horrible!No manners what so ever.The new manager is very disrespectful.We love the Dr. but, we can find another office to go to with out rude staff.
