A native of Atlanta, Georgia, Dr. Chen obtained his undergraduate degree from Yale University. He earned his medical degree at Medical College of Georgia where he was elected to Alpha Omega Alpha, the national medical school honor society. He completed his general surgery internship and urology residency at the University of Michigan.

Dr. Chen is a partner of Georgia Urology. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Urology and a member of the American Urological Association.

I felt very comfortable with Dr Chen's knowledge and the he also makes you comfortable with his recommendation(s) with a plan going forward. At this point my PSA is such that we can just monitor the situation and am having no trouble with urination or other problems. The staff has been courteous, and wait times have no been very long. The office is clean and well kept.

Dr. Chen has a wonderful bedside manner, and speaks in terms a layperson can easily understand. Everyone in the office was very pleasant. I highly recommend Dr. Chen.

They are very professional and care about my concerns and health questions. I had not seen them for about 5 years as I was being treated by my primary care physician. However, when I met with Dr. Chen it was as if I had just seen him the past month. We were able to address my health concerns quickly and efficiently. His PA, Arie, was extremely reassuring and capable when she had to use a catheter and pain was minimum. I highly recommend Dr. Chen and his staff without any hesitation.
