Dr. Joondeph is totally dedicated to everyone's excellent vision, plus he is highly experienced, and performs procedures right in his office to save your site! Walked in there with shaky legs after hearing about an abnormal retinal scan but Dr. Joondeph calmed me down. He explains things easily, is highly concerned about your fears and is easy to talk to. It is obvious he is the one to visit for any retinal concerns. His staff works in synchronization to prepare you to see him, and they are all excellent and very friendly.

Dr. Joondeph is a top gun in preserving eyesight! Seven months ago diagnosed with wet mac and he has been my savior! Clearing up the mess and enabling improvement! I highly recommend Dr. Brian Joondeph with the knowledge to maintain vision..Carolyn Dalvit

Dr. Joondeph has no bedside manner, he doesn't explain procedures in advance, he doesn't explain what to expect post-op and provided NOTHING when there were complications with the procedure.

Dr. Joondeph spent less than 10 minutes with me both pre-op and post op. He did not explain the procedure prior to surgery, a staff member was kind enough to explain what had occurred the day after surgery, while waiting an hour and 25 minutes for the Doctor. My post-op examine took place 1 hour and 25 minutes after my appointment was scheduled. Neither Dr. Joondeph nor his staff offered any explanation or apology for the delay. I cannot gauge Dr. Joondeph's skills as a Doctor, I can say he shows little care for his patients mental or emotional well-being or any desire to spend a moment more than necessary with his patients. My feeling was that I was simply a number and the goal is to complete as many procedures as possible in a day to maximize income and he is willing to trade patient care for completing those procedures. I would rather have the second or third best technically skilled Doctor who cares for his patients than the best Doctor that has no interpersonal… skills or concerns for his patients. I will not return.

I read unfavorable reviews about Dr. Joondeph. I disagree with the reviews. I found Dr. Joohdeph to have a friendly demeaner, good bedside manner, very competent surgeon, and very experienced.

I love Dr. Joondeph. I have had great experiences. He is extremely knowledgeable and qualified. I don't have anything negative to say about the doctor.I have experienced unsatisfactory service with his office and billing staff. I have been reluctant to return to his practice because of the declining level of service. I inquired about a charge that I incurred on my last visit. I asked for some documentation regarding the charge. (I've been seeing the doctor twice a year for regular exams for the last 5 years and I have never been charged more than a co-pay). Later that week I received an invoice, a letter declaring the due date of the payment, and a wikipedia article about my condition. As a long-term patient and a customer, I deserve more respect than a printed page from an un-sourced website.
