Dr. Siodlarz and his team, along with Fox Valley Orthopedic are recommended by me often. There isn’t one physician in the practice I wouldn’t recommend. Dr. Siodlarz himself has done no less then 5 lumbar epidural steroid injections/facet injections therefore (in my case) staving off any need for more invasive procedures. His bedside manner…what you all are looking for…is impeccable. Highly recommend. Professional to a “T”.

I recently met with Dr. Siodlarz regarding severe low back pain. I felt he really listened to me and he explained his findings while showing me everything on my MRI. He took the time needed to answer all my questions and I left with a plan for treatment and hope for pain relief. Would definitely recommend.

Dr sioldarz and his nurse are a great team. I haven't felt this well in years thanks to him. If my condition comes back, I will not hesitate to ask him for help again!

Dr. Siodlarz is a great doctor-knowledgeable, patient, and compassionate. His staff couldn't be more professional. Everyone in this practice went out of their way to ensure my positive medical experience.

I have been treated by Dr. Siodlarz for the past 6 months. Although I am still having back pain, he has been very thourough on explaining everything that is being done. His staff is excellent and I feel comfortable with his treatment and diagnosis. I think he goes above and beyond to treat the patient and not just an MRI or xray.
