Dr. Clifford Dana Clark, MD

He did my hip replacement surgery. After 2 weeks I got an infection. I went in and he acted as if I was at fault when I followed his instructions to a T. He ripped the huge band aid off, put alcahol on a towel and rubbed the sugical site like he was sanding down wood. He made a comment about my belly being big because I had put on wieght due to not being active becasue my hip. I believe he mssed up the femoral nerve becaiuse my right thigh is now numb.His assistant lied and said damage to the nerve was normal which is not true.IMy doctor's PA had his hip replaced by Clark and he has had nothing but problems with the new hip. I would never use him again! Beware!

Dana Clark has guided and cared for me through a difficult hip replacement scenario, and I am back to doing the outdoor sporting activities that I love. If you are looking for an orthopedic doctor who is at/near the top of his field and who will give you straight answers and explain your options clearly, look no further than this man. He knows his stuff. Oh by the way, he’s also a knowledgeable, highly skilled, top notch surgeon. He is also a very fit and accomplished athlete who can identify with you if you need someone like that who understands that you want to stay in the game.

Doctor Clifford Dana Clark and his team did a really good job of replacing my right knee with a new fake knee and it works really well and it dose not hurt at all. Both my fake knees work a lot better than my original knees did after awhile. My body feels a lot better and works a lot better with my two fake knees than it did with my two original knees. Knee problems but they are not ready for replacment surgery and doing cortisone shots and going very good. It's really pleasant and informational working with him. I look forward to working with him. He did knee replacement surgery on both husband's knees. A PVH staffer, nurse? Had very high review for Dr. Clark. Can't say enough good about the whole experience.

Dr. Clark is revered by his fellow doctors, staff and patients. I now know why. He is brilliant in what he does, he is meticulous in his methods to get patients their best outcomes and as his patient he truly listens to you and takes action. He preformed 2 full hip replacements on me last year and I was a complicated case. I was very well taken care of by Dr. Clark and his staff.

I had both hips replaced in late 2019 and early 2020. Dr. Clark competently answered all my questions in the pre-op appointments and was confident that I would be able to return to horseback riding. He and the staff at OCR were great. Dr. Clark specializes in anterior hip surgery in Northern Colorado and is deservedly highly regarded, in my opinion.
