Dr. Clifford Roberts Wheeless III, MD

Made my appointment for 8:15 in the morning (they open at 8.) Didn't get seen until 9:30. Totally unacceptable. And this happens every time I go--not just when he's out on an emergency. Waiting for an hour is not at all unusual. I hate the arrogance of "my time is valuable, but yours is not" mentality, even if you think you're a god in your profession. I should have known things would not turn out well the very first time I saw him and he had 2 of his dogs in the room with patients (me included.) I love dogs, and have 2 of my own, but they have no place in a doctor's office. The Henderson office is dirty and the exam tables look like they've been chewed up. Needless to say, I have found someone else who is as good, if not better, and values my time and concerns.

After Dr. Wheeless replaced my right hip, I was looking at the post op x-rays. I noticed that Dr. Wheeless took the time and care to land the anchor screws into the most dense area of my pelvis; not just a random location. His skill, caring, and attention to detail such as this are factors that differentiate Dr. Wheeless from the good surgeons and the great surgeons!

I have seen him twice and that will be my last! He has NO bedside manner. Barks his opinion and no tolerance for your opinion or concerns. He seemed to be in hurry to get out of the room. Also, he must own stock in vitamin companies, because he was pushing all of them from A to Z. He may be excellent in his surgical profession, but ZERO in "customer service"!

After visiting several orthopaedic surgeons I finally found my guy! Beyond intelligent, caring, kind, and so glad he did my hip replacement. He is a genius!

dr wheeless is very caring and concerned. explains everything well. his pa's are great but his office staff in henderson could use some training on customer service and working with the public.

Waite is longer than usual, but it is due to the time that dr. Wheelers spends per pt. He is very thorough and is intent in making sure that each patient understands all aspects of surgery or alternative procedures. He is caring, sympathetic, sincere, and a Godly man, and lives by goodness and truth.

I love this practice, the is courteous, helpful and willing to go above and behind.

Fantastic! For the first time he has shown me there is a light at the end of the tunnel! A Doctor that is truly concerned, hard to find!
