Dr. Craig F Nobert, MD

I was dreading going to a urologist, especially a new one. Dr. Nobert was excellent. He answered all my questions, advised a very conservative treatment and the visit was a pleasure. Kudos also to his office staff. This was at 425 W 59th St.

Wait time maybe a little longer than what people expects but the Doctor really takes the time to meet with you, listen to you and explain outcome to you. Some patients may get out faster than others, but I like the fact that he does not rush you out.

dr. Craig Norbert is a really caring doctor who cares about his patients. his team is very good too. I would recommend people who has problems with his/her kidney or urine functions.

-- Very confident doctor with a charming bedside manner.-- Made mistake during my kidney surgery causing my lung to collapse. What should have been a 3.5 hr surgery took 5 hours as he had to call in another doctor to help fix up the problem he had caused. I now have extra scarring on my body as a result of his little accident.-- The above is forgivable but since my surgery his secretary has been consistently inefficient in dealing with my records. After he had declared me fit to return to work, his assistant claimed she had both faxed and mailed the letter proving my fitness, but my employer never received either, causing me not to be paid for 10 days! This is not acceptable. Another thing, 6 months after my surgery, I was supposed to be called in for a checkup. I never received that call and had to chase the doctor's office over a period of days before they would make the appointment.

Dr. Nobert is an excellent diagnostician, supportive, and caring.
