Terrible bedside manner. Very rude to patients and staff, would never see her again

I had an appointment with another doctor and when I first heard I had to see another doctor, I was disappointed, however, I thought she was awesome! Very thorough and took her time with me. If given the opportunity, she will be my ENT of choice!

Dr. Go is rude and projects an attitude that she just doesn’t care about the patient. She completely contradicted my CT findings and gave a poor answer why. She didn’t listen to anything I was saying or asking. I would not recommend her to anyone.

I was referred to Dr. Go by my primary Doctor. I set up my appt. but on my way there my car broke down, I immediately called the receptionist and told her my situation, and she told me that I will be charged a 25.00 no show fee. I understand charging a fee to patients who repeatly dont show for appts, but I had no choice. Dr. Go lost a patient, and I will be telling my primary doctor not to refer anyone else.

Arrogant and not very helpful

Amazing doctor! I highly recommend Dr. Go she was helpful and prompt. She explained everything thoroughly and gave me the proper diagnoses and instructions.

Dr. Go is what you want in a doctor. I would highly recommend her.

after I had been told that my sinus's were slightly inflamed by another dr.,I went to see Dr. Go, this was a few years ago,but she immediately did the necessary tests and found that a sist has grown in my entire sinus, up to the hair line. She performed surgery within a few days and with a few minor medical issues on my part, I began to breathe and feel much better within weeks. This surgery was no walk in the park but she made me feel so comfortable. Now that I've found her again, I'll be calling her for my most recent TRAUMA.
