If he doesn't like something that happens during a visit, you will get a hard time. It can be to the point that you feel fear in his presence.

Dr Dixon is one that I do fully trust with my feet and ankles. He seems to look at the situation and understand what has to happen very quickly. This seems to come from extensive knowledge on his part. I have never felt rushed, with all my questions answered fully.

I had bunion surgery 2 weeks ago with Dr Dixon. I think he did a great job. He was very nice. Explained everything. I would highly reccomend him.

I had a bunion with a cyst removed from my right foot and 3 screws placed in my big toe after it was broken to realign it in Sept. 2018.To date, Dec. I have not experienced any pain, was in a regular shoe 9 weeks later. Everything went extremely good including post care. I highly recommend Dr Dixon....

I absolutely regret having dr dixon do my surgery for bunion/bone spur removal on my right foot. Nine months out and I'm in miore pain than before the surgery. Extremely poor follow up care. Botched surgery. Will be looking for a new surgeon to fix it.

The simple surgery was botched from the get go. Very poor staff attitudes and .management. Extrenly poor attitude on the part of the doctor he comes across as having a god complex. Does not follow up with after care. We have to have another surgery to fix his work. Stay away at all costs!!!

I went to see Dr. Dixon about a year ago after a few people gave me the thumbs up on Dr. Dixon's credentials. I've had 2 surgeries in that year. I have found that there is no time for questions or concerns. When I ask a question, I get a quick answer that resembles a brush off. The original reason I went to him, I had problems after a bunion and hammer toe operation done by another foot doctor. He told me he could improve my foot performance by leaving some hardware in my foot for stabilization. There was a titanium plate in my large toe and 3 pins in my other toes. I have since had them removed because the swelling would not subside after 9 months post surgery. I have had 2 cases of cellulitis in the surgical foot and it is still healing. I asked him about the second toe following the surgery he performed first. The toe changed direction and is now leaning on the toes to the left. He knew I was concerned, so his response was: "Are you going to be a toe model? I wouldn't… worry about it then." Are you kidding me? If you are serious about getting your foot corrected, I suggest you get more than one opinion before signing on with one doctor. I am now looking for a doctor who can repair the damage I'm dealing with. Very disappointed with my current results.

Dr Dixon is cut happy he instantly wanted to operate on me I did not feel he was putting me ahead of his want to cut my foot and nerve. That was like 12 or so years ago I know I made right choice. No surgery On the other hand he did cut wife and post op he said "in a few months I'll do the other foot and after that I'll FINISH the one I just did" no kidding she is a mess after 3 surge on same foot she needs to have dr Dix work reversed BEWARE THIS MAN WILL OPERATE IF YOU LET HIM. Get a second opinion for your own safety
