Dr. Denise Patrice Ricketts Grant

The whole experience was horrible from the moment you walk in. People are tired of waiting in doctors offices people are tired of filling out your paperwork every time it's not necessary you look in your records They want you to do their work for them now. I have made calls to her with questions about medication and also blood work and never receive calls back she stares at the computer the whole time she does not put your symptoms and your medical records she focuses on one thing that's it she gives a lot of referrals and doesn't even tell you that she's doing it and all the sudden you get calls I have your anal exam what ??????didn't know anything about that... she prescribes medicine you don't want and then does nothing about it when you bring it to the office attention they do nothing about it either she has no compassion she's like a robot doesn't want to help you figure out what's wrong with you just wants to / scribe toxic poisonous drugs that make you sicker does not care… about your past history I think she's a horrible doctor that could care less she's typical of how the system works now they just want to collect your office visit send you for tons of Imaging tons of blood work and ship you off to all doctor friends I will never go back to her again. I have fibromyalgia she never once wanted to talk about anything about that and all the symptoms that go along with that she focuses on two of your symptoms and that's what she does every time never going back

Dr. Ricketts and her staff are always so caring and understanding. Always ready to do what it takes to do what you need. She must give them all happy pills or something. They are all easy to talk to and make adjustments. Dr. Ricketts is very east to talk to and I mean about anything. She doesn't get put off or act funny because you asked her something that might sound strange to us but not to doctors. If she moved her office closer to her home...we would continue with her out of county because and excellent caring doctor and staff is very difficult to find. Thank you Dr. Ricketts and Staff.

If I could give Dr. Ricketts no stars I would. All these reviews must be her friends and family. She’s only interested in making money. She schedule so many people in one day that we all look like a herd of cows in the waiting room. You wait two hours to see her she spends five minutes with you and literally cuts you off to tell you she has to go see another patient. She’s also not really interested in your medical history and that’s obvious because even after having the patient’s records to review she’s completely clueless during the office visit and still knows absolutely nothing about my condition. I would not recommend her to anybody. However her staff is pretty pleasant the majority of the time. There is one gal up front that is very sassy and inappropriate.

Very professional from top to bottom. Dr Rickets actually listens to what you have to say. Extremely knowledgable but speaks in terms the average person understands. Big bonus is blood work etc is taken in house.

She is the best, love her.

I am always able to get in the same day. I understand why the staff is so busy, everyone wants to be seen by Dr. Ricketts.
