I Was Dianoised With Having Dementia 15 Yrs Ago And Had To Go To A Lawyer Draw Up A Living Will Etc Many Yrs Later He Now Laughs As I Do... How Misdiagnoised I Was ! She Is Cruel And Heartless And Incompetent And Should Not Be A Dr. And Is Not Good For Any Of Her Patients She Needs To Retire For The good Of all !!!

Suffering for months with headaches. She quickly identified a c1 issue that had not been identified. Amazing.

I went to Dr. Pollock for years. I had a really bad neurologist prior to her so while she wasn’t good, at lease she was a little better. Once they couldn’t fit me in so they put me with her APRN Ashima Ball who was new at the time. I have never been more impressed by a specialist! She is so kind, knowledgeable and I can’t say enough positive things about her. Dr. Pollock wasn’t interested in helping me with my migraines, but Ashima has been the best. For migraines, see her!!

Very unfriendly and cold. I can deal with that, but I have a problem with being ignored by someone I am paying to take care of me. Saw her for less than 10 minutes for a scheduled visit. Prescribed a medication that she was going to send to my pharmacy. Over a week later and 3 calls to the office but still no medication!

I was a patient of Dr. Pollock for 17 years for complicated migraine. She was often rude, making comments about my weight (I'm about 30 pounds overweight...not obese), however I kept going back to her because she used to have a good reputation. Well recently I needed my migraine medication refilled and she refused to fill it because the office staff stated I hadn't been in the office for 3 years. Well no one ever told me I needed to come in! When I asked if I could make an appointment so I could get my refill, the front office asked what insurance I had, when I told her Florida Blue, she asked if it was through the exchange (Obamacare), and I asked why it mattered and she said that they won't take that insurance, so I couldn't be a patient there any longer. So now I'm scrambling to see if my GP will fill my Topamax so I don't have a seizure or some other bad reaction to not having my meds.

In 2017, I asked for a Neurology Dr. for my mom, who has started to have some memory problems. We got Dr.Pollocks info. Made Appt. 1st visit went ok. Alzheimer's is a hard pill for anyone to swallow and it runs in my mom's family. 2nd Visit after scan and blood test were done. They had my mom come in and do some verbal and written tests.(which I told them she was Very Very nervous about)(which I wouldn't have passed). Went for 3rd. Visit for news...Dr.Pollock blurted out that mom had Alzheimer's. My poor mom went num, so I started to ask questions because my mom was understandably devastated. Dr.Pollock dismissed what I was asking and keep just looking at my mom telling her she was going to take her DL. away and she could no longer leave alone. Well, she should have just taken a gun out and shot my mom it would have been nicer. My Mom is extremely independent which I told them all this. Dr. Pollock just wanted to set up more appt.s$$$$$ Bottom Line I would not recommend Dr.Pollock,… everything she told me the internet had already told me. She was Harsh and I think it is time for her to retire I do not believe she cares for her patience anymore.

My husband went to Dr. Pollock & all she did was send him over for tests. She then proceeded to tell him that she was writing to Tallahassee so they would cancel his Drivers License, which she did. She put him on a medication & when he had a violent reaction to it, I called the office to ask what to do & they never called me back. I had to get hold of our private physician for help. After three days, I called the office to ask why they never called me back & the girl informed me that they had just found the note to call me back. The office staff was very rude when I called them back. We went to another neurologist & he said they did not give the medicine dose correctly. He also said that my husband did not need to lose his drivers license & we are now trying to get them reinstated. In all, I would not recommend her to anyone.

From the moment you walk in she's awful. She has no compassion and does not want to answer any questions. She needs to retire because she obviously hates her job and people. She called me with my diagnosis and told me she was calling in medication. That's unprofessional to begin with. When I asked about the diagnosis she said it's complicated. She never even looked at my imaging. I've been a nurse for 17 years and she's the worst physician I have met. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone.

I seen Dr. Pollock on 06-07-18. She told me she would call in a prescription. To present date I still do not have the prescription. I was told it would be mailed from the pharmacy company. I have called the company 3 times & they say their delays have been with the doctor. I called my insurance & was told there is no problem getting the prescription through Wal-Greens. I called the doctor office 4 times now including today & was told the doctor has not even ordered it yet & she is on vacation. The representative I spoke with said she doesn't know what the hold up is. I don't know why the doctor didn't just call it into Wal-Greens to begin with. This is unacceptable.

I was seeing Dr Pollock for Bell’s Palsy. She was not compassionate and provided very little feedback when I asked questions. Girl at the front desk was very rude. I would not recommend this doctor.
