Doc is the best, considerate, accurate, takes time answering questions. Would recommend him!

Dr. Salzberg is very astute, friendly and knowledgeable doctor. Even though I was impressed by him, I will not return to the practice. It is very difficult to schedule appointments. Even when I arrive 15 minute prior to my appointment, I wait for more than an hour. I've had the first appointment of the day and I still wait to see anyone. The staff are not friendly and are reluctant to answer questions. Refills are difficult. I wish I could see Dr. Salzberg without the hassle of dealing with the staff at the practice.

Prepare to be on time to your appointment and wait 2 hrs to be seen. What should be no more then a 45 minute office visit you have to wait and wait and when you go to the front desk and ask how much longer you are treated so rude. Call the office and let them know your percription is wrong and I was shocked at how I was treated. I would never go back to that office again and have found a new doctor and I no longer have to wait forever and be treated rude and disrespectful.

The staff was very pleasant to me and to my dad, very professional and hard working. Great experience and I am very grateful that the surgery went very well!;):)

A dour staff. If they don't like the job they should move on. They run an inefficient office, with no interest in the patients. One gets the sense that this is a factory that just turns over patients.The doc actually has a sign saying expect a 90 minute wait. Now that is really tone deaf. Why in a community with great eye docs would anyone put up with being treated like this. Complete contempt for the value of a patient's time.

ONE OF THE FINEST PROFESSIONS I HAVE EVER HAD THE PLEASURE OF GOING TO.HE CARES ABOUT HIS PATIENTS AND I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM VERY HIGHLY.

Dr.Salzberg's bed side manner was second to none, he was very personable and made me feel at ease, he listen to my problem, was spot on with the diagnosis. I was also very impress with his medical knowledge he seemed to really love what he does. I would definitely recommend Dr. Salzberg, and would not go anywhere else.

The staff at Dr. Salzberg's office are extremely rude. They don't make eye contact, hand you a bunch of paperwork without even saying good morning, and corral you from one room to the next (without your contacts on so you can't even see where you are going). They generally treat you like your presence is inconvenient to them. I felt very pressured to buy the contact lens exam (which is not covered by any insurance's routine vision exam) and when I declined, the staff gave me a very hard time about it. One assistant basically threatening that because I was "refusing" this additional $45 exam, I was not going to be able to reorder contacts from Dr. Salzberg. Also, I overheard one woman (an optometrist assistant?) being quite disrespectful to an elderly pt who was asking about the specialist she had been referred to and whether the bus line went there: "I don't know anything about bus lines, you would have to figure that out on your own." I would never go back and would certainly… never recommend this office to any of my family or friends.

He double books too many appointments.I have always waited more than an hour and no apologies.The front office does not return calls.
