Really good advise and taking care patients

Dr. Musgrave was very thorough and explained each step of the procedure he was going to perform. He also instructed me on how to care for area he performed the procedure on. He was on time and very personable and professional. I highly recommend him!

I appreciate how Dr. Musgrave explained my condition. He showed me an alternative way to pick up or t9 hold things so i don't exasperate my sprains.

Dr. Musgrave was very attentive to my concerns about my hand injury and after reviewing MRI results and observing how I was able to move my fingers, he felt that I was well on the road to recovery. He accompanied me to a hand therapist where I was fitted with a special splint that immobilized a portion of my hand. I was provided with instructions to exercise my fingers on the injured hand and was asked to see him in two weeks. I felt confident and assured that I was in "good hands" and my concerns about surgery were allayed.

Great friendly staff and doctor

Dr Musgrave was focused and efficient. Answered my questions and even got me in when I had the time wrong.

The guy that did my cast was awesome. Only saw Dr for about a minute but he did shower me the break.

Son broke his arm - $85. Son broke same arm 1 year later - $487. When we asked why they said we came in for more visits (they set those up), bought a temporary cast (put it on stating he needed it without telling us it would cost $500), they had an office procedure (he manipulated the arm to make sure the bone was set without consulting or explaining). They were unwilling to resolve this and threatened that if they changed the billing, it would probably be more expensive. They did talk to our insurance but did not see the disparity in what they had done. Ask about hidden costs before you go. Better yet, choose another place.

Rebound has been great to work with for my carpal tunnel surgeries. Office and nursing staff are friendly and responsive. Dr. Musgrave was professional, approachable, and even called me one evening to sort out a scheduling issues. Very impressed all around. I hope I never need their services again, but if I do, I'd trust Rebound with my care!
