Dr carcamo scarred me during a liquid nitrogen treatment. He was very angry that day. The large black purple scar has not gone away and the pain in it has increased. He recommended a peel and that did much more damage on a large area of skin that had been perfect all my life. Scary and horrifying with no hope of repair according to other doctors

I have never left an online review for a doctor before but I felt I had to warn people.. only go to him if you enjoy being condescended to, not listened to, being upsold expensive face cream first thing (before having had a chance to discuss your concerns!), and hearing him boast about where he went to school. He ordered blood tests and never told me it was including a pregnancy test. Never called or let me know the results were back... I had to ask for them myself on my next visit a month later. Also he never called in the medication that was supposed to be prescribed after the bloodwork.. luckily I still had a prescription from my former dermatologist who unfortunately has left the practice. I will 100% be finding a new dermatologist even if I have to drive 30 minutes. It was intolerable being in his presence. He also had a really creepy bedside manner saying things like "my passion is beautiful women with bad skin".

Dr. Carcamo is a disgrace. I've heard the way he speaks to his employers and he talks down and belittles them. I hope his employers turn him in, no one should be working under those conditions just because they need the job and he is in authority. What a controlling individual who mentally abuses his workers.

It's hard to get thru to schedule an appt. Office don't answer phones and don't return phone calls

The best dermatologist and office staff in Hawaii

This Man is the best as far as knowledge is concerned but he is so overbooked and almost frantic by the time he gets into the exam room, he's forgotten what he told you previously. When you try to make a followup appointment in 2 weeks as he tells you to do, the scheduler tells you there is nothing available for 5 or 6 months. Call the office and he doesn't call back after hours when phone requests are usually answered. Seems a shame to have such a talented and knowledgeable physician overworked to the point where the quality of treatment goes out the window.

Dr Carcamo is the most welcoming Dr. I have ever seen. He is honest with his thoughts/opinions. Always has a ton of solution options or ideas for any problem. He is thorough and extremely professional. Never makes me feel like he's in a hurry to get to the next patient, and I can ask him any questions I have knowing he will give me a truthful response. He is a wonderful doctor whom I highly recommend.

I think this Doctor is the best I have ever been to. It figures, he is a Harvard Grad. His staff, on the other hand, seemed to be hand picked from the losers of the year pool. Only 3 of them seemed to be in tune the day of my appointment. Fortunately, it was a short time and I was satisfied with the outcome and on my way. If you can get past the appointment person and get in, you're good to go.

I have not even been able to get in to see anyone at this practice. I have made three attempts and each time someone tells me they will have to call me back to schedule an appointment and no one ever calls me back!

Have been going to this amazing man for almost 3 years now. His staff is a joke and I think he knows that. I have tried to make appointments and they give me a date 6 months in the future after he says to give me the next available date. They are his downfall if you ask me. Evasive and incompetant. He walks on water! If he wasn't so good, I would have to go elsewhere.
