I made an appointment a month and a half ago and they call me the day before my appointment and say they don't do what they scheduled me for . Very unprofessional .

Drove an hour for my appointment, arrived half an hour early for paperwork. Signed in, sat down and waited. An hour passes, the lobby empties and I'm yet to be even acknowledged. I go up to window and I'm ignored for 15 minutes while office staff eats, plays with their cell phones and talks on the phone. My wife goes up and waits. Ignored. An elderly patient comes out from the back and needs a follow-up. She's ignored. More patients come in. Eventually we're all told to go sit down and wait. The older woman injects that she just needs a follow-up. She's told to sit down and wait. My wife says we've been here an hour and not even acknowledged. Receptionist raises her voice and says "CALM DOWN" like we're threatening to riot. We walked out. Total waste of our time and gas coming down here. Stay away! Worst customer service we've ever had at a doctor's office.

I am diagnosed with Lupus, Fibromyalgia and Ankylosis Spondylitis. For those of you who aren’t familiar with AS it’s arthritis in your spine. Between all 3 of these conditions I am in crippling pain. I feel like I was forced into having the complete set of faucet spine injections. When telling the Dr my concerns and not wanting to finish the set bc they were making the pain worse. He cut my pain meds over half and gave me muscle relaxers. I’m a 32 year old with 3 kids and a husband. I have an activity demanding life. I can’t take muscle relaxers and drive my kids to school. That’s dangerous. I am currently doing biologic infusions with my Rheumatologist. I tried to explain to him that I can’t have my meds cut in half. I can’t function with such painful diseases but it’s like he doesn’t hear me. His staff has supposedly submitted to my insurance company a MRI referral but my insurance company says they haven’t. When I gave the phone number my insurance said for the Dr to call to the… woman who handles referrals she was rude. Told me that there’s other people too who want a MRI with this insurance and acted like my situation was the same as everyone else’s. One of the receptionist hung up on me! I’m a very nice, understanding person who is trusting my care to a doctor. My needs and concerns should be heard, not a needle forced down my spine when I say I don’t want that anymore. I spoke with my primary care Doc and she said I need to find a better pain management Dr. I went to him because he handles spine as well but the only thing he’s done is make things worse. I personally like him as a person. He does seem to have some compassion but his scripts aren’t showing it. I might as well have stayed with my primary doc. They were giving me enough pain meds to at least manage my symptoms enough to function some. Now, because of this office I am without medication and in bed right now with the burden to find another pain management doctor. I am so disappointed and it upsets me that I have wasted so much time, money and energy for the results to be me in worse condition than when I came in as his patient.

The lady's that work for this doctor are unprofessional the office is very unorganized if you have an appointment at 1015 you won't go back til 1115 at the earliest with no one a head of you they are rude when they call you and can hear them talk about you while you wait . I was told I couldn't use the staff restroom when the patient restroom was out of order , I was told NO after I had been waiting for two hours for my appointment

Let me tell you the staff is lazy doesn't do proper authorization details for insurance I was told by my insurance company they don't stay on top of things.. Now Dr. Mousli is fantastic sweet and sincere and great knowledge and I trust him. Because of his staff I'm lost and don't know where to turn for my health.

if you are legit sick do yourself a favor and skip this doctor. they treat their patients like scum, and even if your an existing patient its almost impossible to see them. New patient? lucky if they call you back. miss an appointment? you'll wind up in the hospital from the pain and lack of meds if you haven't already from not hearing from them. very pathetic.
