I had shoulder surgery and am extremely pleased with the rersults. This doctor eally knows his stuff and I feel fortunate that I found him to treat my left shoulder. His staff are very efficient and professional. Overall, just an excellent experience.

Excellent doctor

I was in need of an orthopedic surgeon for a meniscus tear and ACL reconstruction. I was not comfortable or impressed with the first surgeon I met with after I reinjured my knee from a bad fall. Dr. Silver came highly recommended by a colleague who had knee surgery by Dr. Silver two years ago. I went to him for a second opinion and after meeting with him I immediately booked the surgery. He took the time to explain the procedure and the recovery process as well as answer all of the questions I had and put my fears to rest. I had the surgery 10 days ago and I can't believe how great I am doing - I have not experienced any pain and was full weight bearing within 48 hours (no more crutches just the knee brace). I started physical therapy in week 1 and am making great progress. I met with Dr. Silver today for a follow-up visit and to get the stitches out - he explained how well the surgery went and showed me the photos from the surgery, which he shared with my husband right after the… surgery in the waiting room while I was in recovery. Dr. Silver is a very professional, accomplished and compassionate doctor. 5 stars - highly recommend!

Dr. Silver performed arthroscopic surgery on my left shoulder to reattach the labrum and a tendon, remove a bone spur and other repairs. The surgery went extremely well. Dr.Silver did a fantastic job. Now my left shoulder is free of pain and the range of mobility is like it was 20 years ago. I strongly recommend Dr. Silver to anyone that needs orthopedic surgery.

I had 2 surgeries with Dr. Silver and I can't say enough about my experience. My recovery was quick and the staff is the best.

I had two surgeries within three weeks, which is what I asked for. I wanted to get things over with. I had my shoulder operated on first and followed that up with elbow surgery on the same side. I saw the before and after photos. As soon as I got out of the operating room, that pop in the back of my shoulder was gone. I could tell that it wasn't there anymore; it had been there forever. I'm sticking with my therapy, but it's been hard work. I've been working at home every day that I'm not in PT. It's coming along just fine and I'm a couple of months ahead of schedule. As for my elbow, it was all in the pictures again. The good doctor removed a couple of boulders and, once again, I could just tell that the awful clicking that had been there for years, was simply not there any longer. The elbow has been a breeze to rehab. The doctoring part of this man has been wonderful... But, What can you say about a doctor that still accepts Medicare for payment? That he loves his work.… That he loves his patients. That he loves to do good deeds. Just a great guy. Easy to talk to; answers every question that you may have and actually listens to your concerns. One of the best Medicine Men that I have met and believe me, I have met many. And a shout out to his staff. They get things done, they are friendly and efficient. My thanks to both the doctor and his staff. It's been both a professional and yet personal experience.

I'm 67 years old and so I have seen a few doctors in my time but I have to say that Dr. Silver is probably the best I've seen for anything. I went to him for a tennis elbow problem and he spent almost 30 minutes with me talking about and explaining in detail everything I needed to know about the condition, amazing! He has a very calm way about him and he was the team doctor for the NJ Nets to boot! Can't recommend highly enough.
