After waiting 90 minutes I allowed myself to become quite frustrated. It would have been nice for someone to give a perfunctory apology but no one offered. However when I saw Dr Lyons and the time and thorough explanations offered I immediately forgave the schedule issue. His sincerity and honesty are so genuine and I realize his kind of service can easily affect the clock. I’m grateful for the time taken with me and obviously other patients as well. He has my complete trust.

Unfortunately, was pawned off on the PA again for my knee replacement follow-up. The worst part was that my appt was at 11:45am and was not seen until 1:35pm. I understand there can be delays but it is super frustrating to watch the staff and doctors standing around chit chatting and eating lunch while I wait. I was about to walk out because I had to go back to work and opened the door to see Ethan standing there and I said I need to leave, I have been here since 1140. There was no apology, he just ignored what I said and walked in the room. The only bright spot every time I have had to go is Haleigh, who gets my Short Term disability forms completed quickly and is always a pleasure to interact with!

Dr Lyons and his Physicians Assistant were very professional and friendly (great bedside manner). They did a great job explaining my options what to expect with each option. The office and radiology personnel were also very professional and kind .

My level of trust is very high. I will not consider using another group of surgeons. Always leave clinic satisfied with medical care and confident that my concerns are heard and addressed. Great group.

Wow, I actually left the office 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment time. That never happens. Dr Lyons is the best.

Visit was handled professionally.. Some questions regarding pain were clarified. Xray department handled human situation with extreme professionalism regarding my mobility. Satisfied with results and information obtained from case review. Required assistance obtaining transport back to rehab. Dr Lyons staff provided same.. Successfully returned to Rehab.

Very well run office, from imaging to pre-doctor meeting, then onto Dr. Lyons. I went to him because my wife has been under his care for 12 years and has been delighted with him. Excellent physician who spent time explaining my options, with no rushing. He seemed to really care.

Dr Lyons’s did a wonderful job on my knee replacements. The best, hands down. His assistants are really nice and no complaints with respect to them. However there seems to be a disconnect with Dr Lyons’s for any follow up visits.

My visit went very well. Everyone I talked to was patient & answered all of my questions . My wait time was short. Also everyone was very informative! Dr. Lyons & his staff are excellent!!! I would highly recommend Dr. Lyons!!!
