Dr. Steven Santiago, MD

I've been a patient of Steven Santiago for many years, through many office moves. He's a warm, funny person, but also an excellent, caring physician. The medical practice at Care Resource is focused primarily on HIV care, but I'm an HIV-negative patient and am 66 years old. He's always familiar with the types of medical issues that I face as an older man, and stays up-to-date. After labs, he will phone to follow up on any results that require additional attention and we work through them. One of the things I like best is that his office provides a web portal where I can contact the doctor with confidential e-mail questions and issues. He is always quick to respond. The office staff may not be quite as efficient as I might hope, but everyone is really very pleasant and tries to help. I have full confidence in Dr. Santiago and would be very reluctant to ever have to switch to another doctor.

this a good doctor,but never offers himself to follow up when i have been in the hospital for a period of time,to kno aboud my medical codition,and he never tells me in which hospital he uses to go.
