Dr. Katz, is a wonderful doctor and a nice person to work with. He truly cares for his pts. as he can be trusted to give quality care.

I worked with Dr. Katz, and he is a real professional and very nice man. He can truly be trusted as a quality surgeon and human being.

My mother in law had a 10am appointment with Dr. Katz - arrived at 9:55am with all of their online paperwork filled out and ready to go. Unbeknownst to us the referral from her primary care doctor had her old insurance information - she just got a new plan and I only had her primary coverage card, not her supplement card. After waiting for 45 minutes we were told she couldn't be seen without that card. I called her insurance company to verify she is covered and could be seen, which they did for both me and the office manager to which the office manager said, we need it in writing or we don't get paid. I offered my American Express card and she said they couldn't take it because my mother in law has insurance. I pleaded with them to be humans and see us that I would fax them her card as soon as I got home. She has had 2 UTI's in the last month and her bladder isn't emptying - she is 84 years old and we drove 30 minutes to get here. We were told the Dr. was leaving at 11am and we can't… be seen without her card and to reschedule. I understand office policies, but this is extreme and ridiculous! This office should be ashamed of themselves - making us wait an hour then refusing treatment to an 84 year old woman who needs medical attention and care is disgusting.

Unprepared, arrogant, unattached and gave wrong diagnosis of kidney cancer. It turned out to be a benign tumor and was removed without incident by a Mayo surgeon.

First office visit staff left me sitting long time, failed to do necessary exam prep and failed to prep the room. Last visit with MD was sloppy and MD rude.

Dr. Katz has a great bedside manner. He helped me with my issues quickly and efficiently. Very genuine doctor who spends a great deal of time in the exam room.

Waited over a month for an appointment with this doctor only to get rescheduled twice after showing up for my appointments and finding out he was out of the office or running two hours late by his staff. Only to find that there was nothing he could do about a cyst on my kidney. He could of told me by phone instead of rescheduling me twice. He spoke to me for 3 minutes after I waited 1 1/2 hours for an appointment. He didn't know who I was or why I was there and then had the nerve to ask me for my medical x-rays and information with out reading the information and my x-rays that my primary care physician had already sent over 6 weeks earlier. He over books himself and makes every one wait at least 45 minutes to 2 hours in the waiting room, then another 30 minutes to 45 minutes in the exam room. He charged over $300.00 for this appointment. A total waste of money. My primary care doctor saw the cyst on my x-rays and sent me to a urologist to see what could be done. Never again!
