Dr. Cruz is a really amazing doctor. He's caring understanding he listens and I really appreciate his care.

Dr Cruz was very patient with me as I was agitated in the delays after the ER visit. He explained the process to me, which I had misunderstood to begin with. He calmed me down and provided good, responsive care. I felt I had to apologize to him for my initial behavior, increased by the wait times and lack of understanding of the process after my ER visit.

This man walked out on me during multiple doctors visits.. he began yelling at me when I told him my medication caused me more seizures so I stopped taking it.. when I spoke up for myself he said I was being aggressive and walked out.. he came back still aggressive and Swiss he had to leave “before the situation escalated” still had no intentions on answering any questions or helping me with my disability. He began being very rude to me and my gf as well and walked out on us for the second time and told us to leave.. I don’t know how he has a license but this is very unprofessional and I will never see this man again. If he was the last doctor alive I’d be living off home remedies.

Upon arriving for my appointment this morning I had not even had my blood pressure taken yet when he walked in the room. I was referred for an extreme tremor disorder and a recent MRI of my brain that showed swelling lesions and a spot. We were supposed to address these issues. When he came in he seem very hurried. He said I'm going to ask you some questions before she takes your blood pressure. I said okay he asked who prescribed my medication and who I had seen previously and I told him. When I tried to address the tremor disorder and the results of the MRI on my brain he said that's not why I'm there. That my doctor referred me for seizures. That he only specializes in seizures and he never let me finish talking. When I said whoa can I finish telling you he stood up told the nurse to cancel the appointment and stormed out of the door. By the time I left there I was tremoring so bad and crying that the office manager didn't even want to let me leave. It was the most horrible… experience I've had in my whole life had a doctor. They should take his license for being abusive because that's exactly what it was abusive.

He is not one to listen to your symptoms but quick to give his opinion

Dr. Cruz is respectful and efficient something I appreciate in a doctor. He doesn't waste his not my time in idle chit chat. He is extremely knowledgable in the field of epilepsy (his specialty) and was able to finally get mine under control as mine is a difficult case due to other medical conditions that hinder treatment options.

The things I could say. This man caused me to overdose on medication by not taking the time to explain anything, was completely rude to me most of time and interrupted me, had me go into the hospital for an eeg where I was treated like a test subject in some lab then it was apparently all for nothing!, and on top of it all, he doesn't care and rushes me out of the office! Don't see this doctor!
