Dr. Eric David Schiffman

Dr. Schiffman is amazing! He is a very caring, patient, and knowledgeable doctor. Great diagnosis.

I strongly discourage anyone from trusting their knees for total replacement surgery to Dr. Erik Schiffman. Unfortunately, I've been doing this almost two years ago. And as a result: 1. As before I cannot walk up and down the stairs without strong pain. 2. From the lying position I cannot get down on my sick knee to stand up because of the very strong pain there. 3. When I walk every step is accompanied by an unpleasant click in the operated knee. 4. This is not enough. With each step, the same disturbing click occurs in my left thigh. It was one more "surprise" after the surgery. And I don't know now what the consequences of this effect will be later. 5. Finally, I still feel permanent numbness in the operated knee. So, I once again advise everyone: Stay away from this terrible doctor and look for a real specialist. Believe me, there are a lot of them in Miami!

He is a fantastic doctor. He puts you at ease. He explains things well. He is super competent and an excellent physician. I am happy to recommend him.

Dr. Eric Schiffman is probably one physician that talks the talk and walks the walk when he says he listens to his patients and works with them on their care and surgery. He takes nothing for granted and always end an explanation with, " did you understand everything I said and if not tell me so we can go over it again". When a person, let alone doctor is willing to listen to what you have to say about your problems that the physician is going to take care of listens to you, it shows that he wants to do right by you and not just cutting and running as some surgeons do. There is a surgical saying that goes something like this, "a surgeon buries his mistakes" many do, but i am willing to bet Dr. Eric D Schiffman isn't one of them. Dr. Eric was the best. The staff and everything was just great. If you need anyone to help you, this office is it.

We have been seeing Dr. Schiffman since my surgery. He always cares for me in a great way and listens to all of my questions and I have a lot. Cindy is very sweet and so is the front office.

I suffered for years with knee pain and in one visit, Dr. Schiffman helped me like no one else could. His staff is lovely and they took great care of me.

What a pleasure to be with Dr. Eric. He took a long time with me and I certainly felt like he cared.
