Dr. Eric Jeffrey Zeidman

I also was never treated with anything but care and professionalism from Dr. Zeidman. I am very upset that he is not contracted with my insurance anymore but I hope to find someone who is as competent as he is!!

Urology Associates front office staff, along with Dr. Zeidman's assistant, were unable to successfully schedule a series of appointments for a procedure. 1st time I sat in waiting room for over an hour before they informed me medication didn't arrive. 2nd time they scheduled me with a PA that can't perform the needed procedure. Now Zeidman wants to rush the procedure forgoing the safety measures we had discussed. Assistant incompetent, front office incompetent, probably Dr. incompetent as well. I'll be doing procedure with a different doctor at a different facility.

Dr Zeidman and staff were "user friendly", professional, caring and well organized.

My experience with Dr.Eric Zeidman was the absolute WORST experience I have had with any physician in my entire life and I have been to many over the years.First of all,he has the empathy and the bedside manner of a harpy but enough about his good points! I was extremely depressed before even going to see him due to my dire circumstances and left his office feeling far worse!! After I told him my horrible symptoms and what I have had done so far,he basically barked at me,didn't really offer me any solutions other than tell me I might have a disease I had already been tested for years ago and don't now nor have I ever had any of the symptoms of.Then basically I was rushed out.Well worth the $200.00 for the visit wouldn't you agree?After my experience I read other comments from other patients and noticed I am not at all alone in my feelings for I have read by 1 woman that he treated her worse than a dog.In my opinion this man is a misanthrope and should re-think his career and choose an… avenue that doesn't involve people or any empathy what-so-ever!!!

This is a terrible practice. This doctor and staff did not follow up with me or my diagnosis. Their office staff is rude and does not follow up on tests performed. It is difficult for any of their staff to even get back to you. I would not recommend this urology practice.

I had a bladder lift surgery a couple of years ago while on AHCCS insurance. I was treated very well and courteously. Since then my insurance has changed, but their care hasn't. After my surgery I had a general question about recovery and was so pleased it has the dr. himself who returned my call promptly. I have never received anything less than professional service from this man, so much that I travel from Yuma to Phoenix to see him for my urological needs. I am shocked to see some of these negative comments about him...maybe we as patients need to treat our dr's with courtesy as well...:)

Dr Zeidman and his staff, from John in reception to his MA Cammie we find nothing but caring professionalism.Dr Zeidman is professional, friendly, empathetic and we have full confidence in his skills.Dr Zeidman earns an A-+ as there is nothing less he deserves. We are fortunate to have him in our medical community.

I would not recommend this doctor. He had me in three times (including invasive tests) just to finally tell me I have weak bladder muscles and there is nothing I can do but "cath" myself. Waste of time and money. Didn't suggest any exercises. (After going on-line to research, I see that Kegel exercises are recommended to strengthen bladder muscles). Later, I called to ask his office about a medication he mentioned, but never named or talked about because he said it only worked in 10%-20% of people. I told them I would at least like to try it. They said they had to ask the doctor and get back to me. They NEVER called back. Finally, the doctor wants me to come back and do the whole thing again (including the tests) in six months. Why? What could change, since he didn't prescribe meds or exercises? And if my condition gets worse, he has already said there is nothing he can do. So, it seems he is just looking to get more money from me and the insurance company. I would not… recommend this doctor to a friend or family member.

The bed-side manner of this man is poor.On my last visit, as usual, I got little "face time" with the doctor himself, but more time with his assistant. She put me in the patient room and had me undress for the test that Dr. Zeidman would preform. When he entered the room where I was half naked, he started yelling at me. Needless to say, he didn't bother to even have the common courtesy to say "Hello" first or use my name. He treated me worse than a dog. I deserve better than the pathetic"treatment" that I've received from this man. I found it in my best interest to dismiss this doctor and find someone else who was a "caring" health care provider and not a brash idiot! Even though this doctor has a reputation as being a national celebrity, I feel that it is time for him to retire from his practice. He has little interest in his patients, confirmed by the fact that he spends as little time as possible with them and charges the most amount of money that he can possibly "squeeze"… out of one's insurance company. He never personally returned any phone calls nor would he bother to answer any faxed messages that I'd sent to him in regards to my health concerns. Unfortunately, he is a sad excuse for a physicain.

I was given four treatment options - I was able to make treatment selections I was comfortable with.
