My mother was quite ill when Dr. Schockett saw her. She was professional and caring. She is extremely intelligent and understood the medical situation immediately, more than what I can say for other physicians she had seen. I was so thrilled to finally get the correct diagnosis and treatment for her.

I waited many years to find a doctor like Dr. Schockett. LOVED her! She is caring, easy to talk to, and takes the time to listen and diagnose. I had suffered for years with a condition that my previous doctor dismissed. Dr. Schockett ordered the tests, received a diagnoses and surgery was done. One year later, I feel better than I have in years.

She takes her time to listen, responds positively, acts quickly on my behalf. I had issues with a specialist she referred me to, left a message with her RN. Dr. Schockett called me herself to discuss my issues and discuss my options to pursue treatment. I love her!

Dr. Schockett is very detailed oriented, does not rush through an appointment, and most important - SHE LISTENS - she is not a "Quick Draw MaGraw"....She takes time, and I am most impressed. I have been her patient now for over 2 years....and will continue.

Dr. Schockett listens very well, never rushes through a visit, and makes connections between comments I make and possibilities of what may be wrong or contributing to my illness. She is reasonable in making referrals or using medication. She speaks to my overall health plan and what we can do together to make things better. Dr. Schockett has a sense of humor, is not an alarmist, and speaks with me as a peer (I am not a doctor) and recognizes my intelligence.
