Dr. Gaynelle Victoria Rolling, MD

Didn't seem very confident or knowledgeable. I switched Doctors

Dr. Rolling seems like a very nice person but just not a great doctor. It feels like she just treats you like money in her pocket and tries to get you in and out of her office as fast as possible, while scheduling 2+ additional appointments for you to go to. I don't really feel any compassion from her and she talks so much about stuff that has nothing do with my questions that I usually leave somewhat confused and disappointed by the care I receive (or lack thereof). Also this has nothing to do with her but her staff is REALLY rude! I don't think I have ever been in a building before with so many people who act like they could care less and just want your money.

I went to see Dr. Rolling last year when I was having some female issues. I was in there several times in one month. The wait was never more than 5 minutes and her staff was very friendly. She took the time to listen and answer the questions in an understandable fashion. Love her.

I transferred to Dr. Rolling about 6 months into my pregnancy after I felt I wasn't getting the attention I needed from my current doctor. She truly made me feel comfortable and cared for. She made me feel at ease during my delivery and she was prompt every time I needed her. She's an overall very warm and caring person and I will continue to see her as long as she's practicing!

Dr. Rolling used to take time and pay attention to patient. Now its like a Patient Mill trying to get you out as quickly as possible. The worst annual exam I have had.

I am high risk due to previous miscarriages. I got pregnant again and wanted an ultrasound on my first visit (I would have been 10 weeks - normal for ultrasound). Dr. Rollign refused. She knew my history and yet she still wanted me to go through all the nonsense again. Dr. Rolling is very friendly, but due to the lack of a reason for not getting an ultrasound right away, I am convinced she just wanted me to have multiple visits so she could bill insurance. My mom is an OB/GYN nurse and when she asked other doctors, they all agreed I should have an ultrasound right away to rule out another missed miscarriage. Needless to say I switched doctors. Again, Dr. Rolling is very nice but I didn't feel that she accounted for my feelings in making her decision to not let me have the ultrasound. What's worse, she was my treating doctor during my miscarriage! She told me when I got pregnant again we would be aggressive in our approach. Too bad she must have forgotten that promise. She's… nice, but please don't go to her if you're high risk as you will be treated as though you're not.

very caring and good at what she does despite some problems with schedualing. She made me feel very comfortable and mad sure all my questions where answered.

My first visit with Dr. Rollings was at easy off the bat. She made me feel comfortable and answered all the questions I had (even silly ones) since its my first baby and she was very professional and friendly.I've been seeing her at Spring Valley even if her main office is at Centennial she comes to Spring Valley every time of the appointment. Her staff is nice and accomodating, everytime I come in I don't wait no longer than 10 mins.When my lab test came abnormal, i got a call right away and had my prescription sent straight away to my Pharmacy and was ready for pick up in 2 hours.So far, my experience has been smooth sailing. I'm due on December, I'll give more updates after delivery. :)

Answered all my questions....She is the best!

My phone calls were not returned at all by Dr. Rolling, instead a Nurse from her office returned my calls to tell me that they were too busy. I was waiting for test results that were important to my pregnancy. Dr. Rolling had no compassion during my appointment. My appointment was to go over my test results which she refused to go over with me when I voiced my feelings and when I said I would be changing doctors. She gave me a discharge letter that stated false information for the reason she all of a sudden decided to discharge me. I considered her behavior and the staff to be very unprofessional and rude.
