Great professional staff and excellent surgeon. Dr. Mashkevich did a graft on nose after Mohs surgery.

I have been treated for 10 years by other doctors for sinkenesis due to Ramsey Hunt disease. I chanced upon Dr Mashkevich and read his reviews and made an appointment to see him. My original appointment was during the covid epidemic in NYC. I had to arrange and reschedule about 3 times. His staff was always understanding helpful and polite trying to accommodate me. I met with the Dr. He was most knowledgeable of my issues and give me much of his time for the consultation and treatment. He is very professional, and very talented. Subsequently I had a follow up appointment with my Opthmologist who inquired as to which Dr administered the Botox for my eyes. The Opthmologist was very impressed how well the Botox was injected in trying to keep my eye open and symmetrical. He actually asked me for his name and phone number. I am looking forward to a long standing commitment with him in helping me with my medical issue.

Had a minor procedure done on my face a few days ago. Exceptional service and surgeon! Dr. Grigoriy Mashkevich made me feel comfortable from beginning to end. I experienced a unique case where I had to have plastic pellets removed from 3 areas of my face . He was gentle and quick. I am practically healed with barely any scarring. Will definitely recommend to anyone in need of plastic surgery!

I have a hemo facial spasm which effects my right eye and side of my face.I have been receiving Botox injections, every three months for this condition for many years. Being a physician myself I have contacts of doctors who specialize using Botox for this condition. Over the years I’ve seen Neurologists, plastic surgeons, ophthalmologist, as well as a neurologist who teaches docs how to inject Botox for this problem. The twitch would be under control but Unfortunately the side effects were not too pretty. Either my eye lid would be half closed for a month, or the side of my mouth wouldn’t move. I would look like I had Bell’s palsy. Finally an ENT doc recommended Dr Mashkevich. I was impressed day one. He was the only doc to spend time watching the spasms, mapping out a plan where to inject, a true perfectionist taking time as he injected and decided which nerves would be effective by each dose he injected. At the same time taking into consideration my facial… expressions. Last year I moved down to Florida. I still come up every three months to see Dr Mashkevich since he is the only doctor who takes the time, who is so compassionate, and I call a true healer. I have recommended patients to him with different conditions and. He has always been the true perfectionist to them as he is to me.

He’s a nice doctor and makes you feel comfortable, however, do not expect to be taken in at the actual time of your appointment. In total I had 4 appointments with this doctor. The first one was the consultation, which he was late to (not a good start). I had the appointment at 9am, which is when the office opens. The next one was the actual procedure. I had to wait about an hour to see him. As time passed, I was getting anxious about the procedure while sitting in the room, waiting. This anxiety could have been avoided if he came on time to my scheduled appointment. The next appointments were check ups, which I had to wait for over 15 minutes each time. They schedule a couple of people for the same appointment slot. During the check up, the doctor seemed rushed. I spent more time waiting than actually being with the doctor. Either he has many patients or he is just not punctual. Allow yourself extra time for waiting.

Dr. M and his staff have spent countless hours working with my insurance company and helping me to navigate the complicated world of medical Botox. I have a unique condition and Dr. M is the only doctor that has been able to help me . . . and he has done so with kindness and patience. This team of professionals are some of the best people I have met on this medical journey and I look forward to coming to their beautiful office every three months. Thank you Dr. Mashkevich and staff.

The dermatologist who did my Mohs surgery sent me to Dr. Mashkevich to close the wound. Because it was fairly deep and located between my nose and my upper lip I was quite concerned about what the scar would look like. To my surprise I have no discernible scar at all. I could not be more pleased and grateful. In addition, he and his staff were very kind. Highly recommended.

I needed Dr. Mashkevich to repair a Mohs surgery performed by another doctor on my face. My experience was very positive. He was kind and personable and very competent. His aftercare directions were clear and helpful. His office staff was professional and helpful.

Excellent bed side manner he is very caring and takes his time I highly recommend him to anyone. He fixed my nose with no visible scars. I can breathe normal like nothing ever happened.

Have to tell you, this Doctor is GREAT. Very thorough, and very professional. His assistant is easy to deal with, and he has a wait and see approach with my issue. He could easily have taken a more aggressive approach and operated on me, he is a true PROFESSIONAL.
