Minimally invasive and image guided approaches to problems of the spine including simple arm and leg pain as well as more complicated problems such as degenerative disk disease, spinal meningioma, spinal lipoma, spinal tumor, and axial or mechanical back and neck pain. non-surgical modalities such as lumbar facet block, epidural steroid injection, bracing, and physical therapy are exhausted prior to surgical consideration. Spinal tumors both benign and malignant are evaluated and can be treated by cyberknife stereotactic radio-surgey or by conventional means.
