STAY AWAY FROM DR. VRCEK Upon visiting his office, I was underwhelmed right off the bat by the lack of professionalism in the attire of his staff and the way my check-in was handled. There appeared to be no assistant of any kind and I was brought into the consult room by the front desk assistant and was told to sit down, the Dr. would be in shortly. The consult was so brief, less than 10 minutes and in this time, Dr. Vrcek almost instantly told me I needed a lower blepharoplasty, skin pinch, and under eye chemical peel and proceeded to show me a book of other patients he performed the same or similar procedures on (all who looked nothing like my concerns in their before photos), this came off as much more of a sales pitch than a consult. He conveyed the risks to me as bleeding, scarring, the possibility of another procedure, and 'other'; I reasonably assumed he provided me with the worst case scenario and the 'other' were less serious in nature and did not need direct conveyance. I… was quickly whisked out the door and could hear him entering the room of another patient as soon as he left me at the exit door. While I felt uneasy about this process and being presented with a list of procedures and sent on my way in less than 10 minutes, I tried to put my concerns aside and remind myself of his reviews and I proceeded to book his recommended procedures based on the information I was given. As the days went on, I kept thinking about the strange interaction and opted to do my own research on the procedure and found that, while minimal, there is a risk of permanent vision loss. I am not ok with this risk and I would have never booked this procedure had he been forthcoming about this. To not specifically verbalize this risk and discuss it was me was incredibly unethical and deceitful and was done purposefully, with ill-intent; he completely avoided disclosure of this risk and made it sound like the worst that could happen was scarring, bleeding, another procedure. Needless to say, he has opted to keep my $1,000 deposit for a booking that would have NEVER happened had he been honest. He is a greedy, money-hungry salesman who cares nothing about his patients or their well-being, but instead, who he can get to sign up for the next procedure.

I did a virtual consultation with Dr Vrcek at the end of July 2023. I felt that he really knew what he was talking about so I booked my surgery for November 2023. I traveled 4 hours to have my surgery with him. My surgery consisted of a lower blepharoplasty with fat repositioning, with a lower under eye chemical peel. The day of surgery, he was very nice and helpful. He took the time to ask me if I had any questions or any concerns. I felt like he was really listening. I don't remember much of the actual surgery just laying down and waking up an hour later feeling like I took a nice nap. I had peak swelling days two and three after surgery and it started to clear up after that. I had a small rash due to the chemical peel that took a little longer than usual to clear up but that was due to my very sensitive skin. It cleared up completely and my skin now looks amazing. I am very happy with my results and I no longer "look" tired. I feel refreshed and I am no longer worried about my under… eyes. Dr Vrcek was available by email. He replied to me on the same day every time I did email him with concerns. I don't think you will get that type of response anywhere. I can't say it enough, he's a great doctor and if you're considering an occuplastic surgeon for your work, I definitely recommend Dr Vrcek.

I am very pleased with the results of my eyelid surgery. From the pre-op to surgery to post-op - it all went well, thanks to his staff and the surgery center staff. The recovery has been easier than I anticipated, thanks to very clear instructions.

I could not be more pleased with the outcome of my eyelid surgery. Dr. Vrcek and his staff made the experience as smooth as silk, from his office staff to the surgery center staff to Dr. Vrcek himself. I had a question about my healing process and emailed him on a Saturday, 2 days post-op. He responded in less than an hour. Impressive.

Best eye plastic surgeon around. No words for how great he was with bedside manner, answering my after surgery questions with immediate responses. And his expertise on correcting eye issues.....just #1.

I was extremely fearful of considering an eye surgery but so very, very glad I did! To be honest, there are many unqualified surgeons out there doing upper/lower eyes and eye brow lifts that should not be touching anyone. Very concerning. There are many surgeons I searched through on top of office calls, etc. before coming to Dr Vrcek online and then a consultation. Completed lots of research on Dr Crcek. This doctor is the real deal and everything you will want when having a serious surgery such as the eyes. Cannot say enough about him!

Dr Vrcek performed eyelid surgery in April of 2023. I had been dealing with a swollen eyelid due to radiation on my right side and i had been dealing with it since 2017. Dr Vrcek did a fantastic job of repairing it and i highly recommend him. He is very personable and answers all you questions or concerns.
