Dr. Gonzalez is nice enough...but his office staff is unprofessional and not concerned about your health issues. It has taken over a month to get a simple doctor approval to a sleep center so that they could supply me with new CPAP equipment. A month of sleep center calling his office, sending a rep to the office and me calling the office and Dr. Gonzalez's assistant has not supplied a simple response to the sleep center. One month I have gone without the use of my CPAP machine and his staff could care less.

Took care of 3 of my four children. Great Doctor. Is there to help the patient.

Dr Gonzalez didn't even want to see my mom. Just like that.

I have been into see him 3 times and have a surgery scheduled for my sinuses. He spends a lot of time and explains things clearly. I also like that he doesn't pack the nose with those plastic strips after surgery. He is a great doctor.

I could not say enough postive things about my visit and surgery with Dr. Gonzalez!

Dr. Gonzales did my throat cancer surgery in 1998 which was early in his acrreer. Very successful and after 2 surgeries and 45 radiation treatments I am still cancer free today in 2011. Highly recomend this Dr.

Dr. Gonzalez is a great doctor; however, his office staff has been extremely difficult to deal with. They scheduled a surgery date for my 1(1/2) year old son. We showed up to the surgery center at 6:30 a.m. on the date scheduled and were notified that the doctor had no knowledge of the surgery and did not even perform surgeries that day of the week. In a follow up appointment, the office staff refused to allow us to see the doctor due to an insurance mix up and did not give us an opportunity to clear up the mix up with the insurance before refusing to see my now 2 year old son.

My 3 year old son had his tonsils and adnoids removed by Dr. Gonzales. He came home and drank liquids, was well hydrated and was doing well except for the fever that went higher and higher as the day went on. I made 5 CALLS to the office for advice only to later find out that no one even contacted an MD to ask about my son's condition. I was told to keep medicating him and give him cool baths. And a fever was "expected" at 11:00pm I called the answering service and asked to page Dr. Gonzales. He called back, clearly annoyed that I had woken him. He said I was absolutely NOT to go to the emergency room. There were too many germs and my son was at a risk of infection. His advice was to put my son to bed and medicate him. He woke up once throughout the night in pain. 3 hours later, he was blue. 3 days after that he was dead. The Pediatric ICU Dr. said that this should have never happened. Dr. Gonzales showed up to see my son and apologize but it was too late! I didnt want to see him on… his knees before me begging for forgiveness. After consulting a lawyer, we had a case but chose not pursue it for emotional reasons. Turns out my son didn't even need surgery! I wouldn't take my dog to see this man. He deserves to have his medical license removed!
