I had cataract surgery with Dr Sargent. Excellent, very professional, caring doctor. Highly recommended. My only complaint is that I wish I had come to him sooner to get my cataracts removed!

I had an eye exam with Dr Sargent for my annual check up. His office was busy but efficient. I especially liked his office staff and technician. Dr Sargent is very friendly and answered my questions. I’ll be recommending him to my friends and family.

The staff is amazing! Everyone is kind and friendly, and they make you feel very comfortable. I will recommend Dr Sargent to everyone I know!

You know it's almost impossible to get same day appointment with a specialist, But Dr Sargent saw me same day!!!! for my corneal infection. Ah, great relief. I'm very appreciative. Dr Sargent and his staff really listened to me and attended to my painful right eye. Compassionate, knowledgeable, great experience all around.

I had heard and read good reviews about this practice and was disappointed. I went in for possible early onset of cataract, allergies and/or dry eye symptoms. I informed the lady that brought me back why I was there and had recently had an eye exam by my optometrist. After looking at my glasses and contact lens prescription she sighed and made a comment about how she always gets the patients with a lot of eye issues. I apologized for my eye issues but reassured her that I did not need an exam for materials. We went to another area for other testing because it was the "usual" which was only a refraction...which I did not need. She proceeded to go thru her "normal" routine of the reading the eye chart and flipped so fast between setting I could hardly keep up and then she left. The doctor then came in and did a deeper look into my eyes. Thought it might be dry eye and sent me on my way while handing me a prescription based on an exam an office person performed. Oh yes and charged… for a refraction I did not need. The prescription was way different from my optometrist exam. So disappointed. Staff was nice but I felt like it was get the patient in and out as fast as you can.

Just got an A+ report after having both lenses replaced in cataract surgery 6 months ago. Loving my new Restor lenses.... no more contacts, I threw away my readers!!!! Thank you Dr. Sargent!!!!

I went to Dr Sargent for my annual exam. The receptionist was able to answer some questions I had prior to the exam. Soon afterwards, I was seen by the intake technician, Constance. He was friendly and performed her part of the exam in a very professional manner. Dr. Sargent performed my eye examination. He was very knowledgeable and personable. He was able to address concerns regarding my vision in a very thorough manner. This practice has consistently provided exceptional service to both my family and to me. Dr Sargent and his partners are highly respected at Baylor. I would highly recommend their services.
