Staff was very unprofessional. Always had a poor attitude. The Doctor would not listen to your concerns or questions. He was always right. Would not recommend him

I fractured my 5th metacarpal bone in my right hand. He gave me several options for corrective surgery as well as an in-depth explanation of risks and outcomes. Very transparent diagnosis and a very competent, experienced professional and great man. If I ever need work done on my hands again, I wouldn't consider going to any other doctor.

He performed a rather complicated procedure to give me use of my left thumb. It looked literally dislocated and hurt. We scheduled it out a couple weeks and I have add other operations before -- his work was PERFECT. I am astounded by the movement, no scaring. Absolutely amazing. Thank you Dr. Jay. you are the BEST. (Right hand next....) He also makes incredibly hard casts. They literally will not crack. Great attention by the staff, they are funny too -- They don't get any better thank you.

Dr. Pomerance is the best Dr. I have ever visited. He has a gift of explaining medical terminology and has excellent bedside manner. I highly recommend him.

Very nice doctor who didn't jump immediately into any invasive procedures and I appreciated that. He spent a lot of time going over my symptoms, my results, and even drew a diagram to help understand the diagnosis. He patiently answered all my questions and I highly recommend his services.

He was just like the ratings. No hype. Did't like the wait but I think it was worth it. I hope I don't need another doctor but will use the service again if need be

I never heard of this guy and apparently no one else in my doctor's practice did either. I had trouble getting into their recommended doctor and when I called my plan they recommended Dr. Pomerance. He is about as laid back as it gets and considering I had shattered my wrist when I fell off my bike I was not expecting much. It is now almost a year since surgery and just about perfect. If he ever had someone market him he would be famous.

That's how I feel. Its almost is if I never had carpal tunnel syndrome and I never had surgery. I had symptoms of carpal tunnel syndrome--numbness in my hands and arms and inability to sleep well at night due to the discomfort. My Internal Medicine doctor recommended I visit Dr. Pomerance. I explained to him that I use the computer a lot and was worried I'd lose my ability to be at the top of my game in my work because I can type very fast. I was extremely impressed with his ability, knowledge, professionalism and the way he communicated with me. I needed surgery on both hands and was leaning toward two separate surgeries. Dr. Pomerance made me feel confident enough that I had both hands done at the same time. I had no fear by the time I went in for surgery. I healed quickly and was able to type again within just a few short days. The rest of my strength came back within a short period of time as well. People are amazed when they see that I had both hands done; there is barely the… hint of a scar on either hand. The surgery was over two years ago and I can still type like a demon with no numbness or pain. I recommend him to anyone...hands down! :-)

I was starting to wonder if I was in the right place because when I got there I was the first one. I had almost no wait. I had been treated by another doctor after falling off my ladder and breaking my elbow. My elbow never regained motion and I could not do much other than sit at my desk at work. I had a bunch of x-rays and brought an MRI scan. I expected to have about 5 minutes of time since this is what I had at the other place and I was not convinced any of these are any different from each other. I was wrong. I must have been in there with him for about 45 minutes and He actually took the time to explain to me why I was not having normal motion and why my elbow hurt. He never went off on the other doctor and was a complete pro. He must be the best kept secret in town since I had never heard of him and I can't believe he is really 50 years old> in person he looks younger than his picture. I have my surgery scheduled for next Wednesday and feel confident about it already.

This is an awesome service. Everyone should use it before finding a doctor. This guy ws great. Nothing bad to say.
