Dr. Jeanine Marie Devlin, MD

I've been going Dr. Devlin ever since she delivered my 22 year old. I've always been happy with her care.

Avoided answering my questions, was very rude to me. I did not like my experience with her at all which is surprising because I have never had an issue with any other Doctor at this practice. She comes off as very unprofessional and opinionated. I would recommend the practice to anyone but I do NOT recommend her.

The office staff ignored me. Dr. Devlin kept me waiting for almost an hour. I never got any lab results back in the new online system, and it was impossible to get anyone to answer the phone. When I was finally able to leave a message, Dr. Devlin returned my call promptly. However, she was very brusque and completely dismissive of my concerns. I'll never go back.

This was my first time seeing Dr. Devlin and she was COMPLETELY rude to me. She walked in the room talking about me and continued to talk to her nurse about me, in front of me, and never said hello or introduced herself. She then told me I needed an additional test that I wasn't aware of and when I told her I was worried about money she had a smart comment back and told me she wouldn't do what I came in for before doing this test and basically started yelling at me. When I told her I wasn' trying to be difficult I just wanted her to explain to me the importance of this test she left the room!! When she left even her nurse said she was being rude to me. I will never see her again...EVER. And their staff is literally incompetent. They can't answer a phone, leave you on hold for 20 minutes, don't leave messages or call in prescriptions when they say they will and hang up on you A LOT. They're all too young and don't have any professional etiquette.

I love Dr.Devlin! She is an excellent clinician with great bedside manners. She truly takes the time to listen to your concerns. However, I think her office staff are unprofessional. I have 3 children but if a new expecting mother came in, I would feel sorry for her. The staff rarely greet you and and as a new pt or mother you would want to be in a place that you feel welcomed. If it wasn't for Dr. Devlin's great care, I would have left a long time ago!

I am very happy with the care that I have received from Dr Devlin. She listened to me and addressed every concern that I had. My exams have always been thorough and I feel confident in Dr Devlin's expertise.

dr. devlin was very nice. and caring. but the "nurses" at the bustleton office are horrible. there a bunch of 20 year olds jus out of school and have no idea what there doing. they couldnt take my blood, take my blood pressure, or even weight me correctly! they judge people and make fun after the patient has left. but the office staff at the huntington valley office where very nice. and greeted me every time i came in. the doctor is great just dont go to the bustleton office!

She's not understanding when it comes to cancer and problems relating particularly to older women, such as menopause; she's often rude and arrogant. Her staff is ignorant and gossip about patients when they leave (I have witnessed this on a few occasions). Every time I went there the wait was 45 to often more than an hour (one time bordering one two), as if they were unable to adequately handle the amount of patients.

She is a great diagnostician, great surgeon and is kind, caring and compassionate. She spends a lot of time with you and answers all of your questions. She is the best doctor I have ever seen in every way

I was pregnant became pre-eclamptic. The staff cannot take blood pressures to save their life. I am in the medical field and if I did not bring to her attention that my pressuse was up no one would have known.
