Dr. Jennifer M Dugan, PhD

I’m so fortunate to have found a psychologist who really gets me. I’ve been her patient for over 10 years. I’ve seen therapists since I was a child, and no one has ever come close to Dr. Dugan - she is simply the best. She’s knowledgeable, professional, deeply caring, and an amazing mentor. I don’t know where I’d be with out her. Under her care, I’ve had a very successful career and I’ve grown and healed tremendously in so many ways. She’s so great at what she does, it’s no surprise that she’s popular, but I’ve never had an issue scheduling with her. I recommend Dr. Dugan to the highest level.

Recommended by my insurance, they left her a message and authorized 6 visits to be paid in full. No call back. I called 2x and left a message, no call back. If Jennifer is so busy she cannot return calls, she should probably hire a receptionist.

She’s super cool, knowledgeable, nice, takes time to explain treatment and options- totally nonjudgmental. I’ve been to a lot of therapists and she is by far the best! Thanks Dr D!!

It is always hard navigating insurance companies and coverage but Dr Dugans staff helped me with that horrible process. And when I finally got an appt with Dr Dugan I was so happy. We’ve been in therapy and it’s been so helpful. Thank you Dr Dugan !

Seeking a customer experience that compares unfavorably with the DMV? Well, look no further. Be prepared to languish while this unorganized, unprofessional provider confirms she is accepting new patients, takes your personal information, and strings you along for months only to inform you, upon yet another customer-initiated inquiry, that she is unable to schedule you. Dr. Dugan may offer a better experience for her current clients, but as a prospective client, I highly recommend sparing yourself the frustration I experienced and looking elsewhere.
