Dr. Jennifer Hsuleejen Cao, MD

Dr. Jennifer Cao is a board-certified ophthalmologist who specializes in pediatric eye care. She earned her medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine and completed her residency at the University of Colorado Denver in 2015, following an internship at Carolinas Medical Center. Dr. Cao furthered her expertise through a fellowship at Massachusetts Eye Research & Surgery Institution, also completed in 2015. With 16 years of experience in medicine, she is fluent in both Spanish and English.

Dr. Cao practices at the Children's Health Specialty Center Dallas Campus in Dallas, Texas. Her clinical focus includes treating children with amblyopia, commonly known as lazy eye, as well as anophthalmia, a rare condition where the eye doesn't develop properly. She provides comprehensive ENT evaluations and participates in the Complex Airway Clinic to address breathing difficulties in pediatric patients.
