Very professional and second to none!!

Dr Gurley is an excellent surgeon. I'm 63 years old and feel like a 20 year old once again. Dr Gurley performed surgery on my lower back (L2, L3, L4 and L5). I could barely walk and was slowly losing bodily functions not to mention that the pain was unbearable and I generally cried myself to sleep. The surgery was long and complicated yet relief and joy were felt immediately afterward! Thank you Dr. Gurley!!!!

Dr. Gurley is truly the best. I’ve had back pain since my early thirties I am now 68. Over the years I had 4 major lower back surgery’s,2 lumbar laminectomys ,a fusion and various other procedures and still was in major pain. I wanted to cut my right leg off it hurt so bad. Then I saw Dr. Gurley he put in ten pins and 2 rods and all that pain for the last 36 years is gone. He is truly a God send. If you have chronic back pain he’s the guy you want to see.

I recently underwent spine surgery with Dr. Gurley. From the very first office visit I felt very comfortable with him performing this delicate and complicated surgery. He provided me with a seven page summary of the pros & cons of this surgery. His "thoughtful" visits (post surgery) were very much appreciated and put my mind to rest during my hospital stay. Dr. Gurley is the best. There is No other Dr I would choose . He has done all my surgery’s and is the only one I trust to do them. He is a doctor that takes the time to listen , and help

DR Gurley is, in my opinion, the best choice if you need cervical or lumbar surgery. He takes the time to explain everything, goes over test results thoroughly so that you completely understand what he finds, I had l3 acdf and immediately after the operation I was pain free and had no need for any medication. His follow up and protocol of wearing a brace or collar insure( As he goes over with you ) that his work will heal properly and you will have the best possible recovery.
