This is a very pushy doctor who is terribly annoyed when he is called after hours for problems that shouldn't have happened if he had done his job right.

Dr. Cohen is more concerned with bringing you back over and over to bill for visits you don't need while offering no advice to alleviate your pain if surgery is not an option.

Having treated every member of my family for a variety of issues (pre-school broken arm, middle school broken foot, college broken shin, husband's torn ACL, my broken hip, my mothers torn ACL, and followed up with my Dad's broken femur, I am well positioned to say that Dr. Cohen is excellent, caring and I strongly recommend him without reservation.

Compassionate doctor. Opted for a conservative treatment versus surgery. He really explained everything about treatment plan and condition. Definitely will recommend him to others.

He didn't explain anything about my injury, and didn't give any estimate of recovery time, He acted exasperated and I was too intimidated to ask questions.

He operated on my wife's knee. He was rude to both of us in the surgery center. About 6 months later, her knee started hurting. I contacted him, he did not remember her or any details but he insisted it was somehow my wife's fault, not anything he did wrong. This is without seeing her. We went to see another Dr. He informed us there was a screw in her bone that nothing had been attached to. We had to have another reconstructive surgery due to his incompetence less than a year later. The new Dr told us it was due to not being repaired properly the 1st time.As we've told our story, others have told us he has a "God Complex". I certainly witnessed this 1st hand.

Dr. Cohen is a horrible surgeon. My mother recently visited him to have surgery on a nerve issue she was having in her elbow. She had the surgery and visited him a few times after the surgery claiming her wrist hurt and that her hand felt "funny". So this "doctor" continually told her that it was part of the healing process, not to worry and she will be fine. Well, after dealing with the pain for over 2 months she decided to get an MRI on her arm to find out what the issue was. Come to find out that she had a broken wrist the entire time her hand was immobile in a hard cast after HIS surgery. This surgeon is an idiot and should not be trusted anywhere near an operating room. I hope he loses his license and winds up being shunned from the medical community after this.
